Tamsin Applebee is a half-blood born in Callington, England in 1979. She grew up with her next-door neighbor and now best friend, Lavanya Davey. In 1990, together the girls started attending Hogwarts and were sorted into the Hufflepuff house. Within Tamsin's second year she started dating Craig Dunn. In her third and fourth years, Tamsin became a chaser on the Quidditch team. She is the type of student known for her blonde beauty and high athleticism. After Cedric Diggory's seventh year many have elected her to become the new captain.

Lavanya Davey is a pureblood born in Callington, England in 1978. She grew up with her next-door neighbor and now best friend, Tamsin Applebee. In 1990, together the girls started attending Hogwarts and were sorted into the Hufflepuff house. Professor Flitwick allowed Lavanya to take the O.W.L. within Charms a year ahead of her class. Now within her fifth year she is taking an advanced class with other sixth years, such as Cedric Diggory and Craig Dunn.

Seamus Finnigan is a half-blood born in Puckane, Ireland in 1979. In 1991, he started attending Hogwarts and was sorted into the Gryffindor house. Seamus is rather clumsy and very unskilled in Charms, as he accidentally sets things on fire when conducting spells. His best friends are Dean Thomas and Nigel Wolpert, as Seamus is very skeptic of Harry Potter. In his third year he started dating Susan Bones, who's in the same year but within the Hufflepuff house.

Justin Finch-Fletchley is a muggle-born in St. Ives, England in 1980. In 1991, he started attending Hogwarts and was sorted into the Hufflepuff house. Justin is a little naive and easily impressed by others. For instance, he believed all of Gilderoy Lockhart's fabricated tales and admired him greatly. He also was among the first to believe in rumors that Harry Potter was the Heir of Slytherin.

Gabriel Truman is a half-blood born in Freckleton, England in 1976. In 1988, he started attending Hogwarts and was sorted into the Hufflepuff house. In his third year, he landed in trouble by getting into a duel with a Ravenclaw prefect. However, because he's well liked Professor Sprout only gave him a warning. By his fourth year, Gabriel had been made a prefect himself and welcomed the Hufflepuff first years as they arrived. Gabriel is known to be a very attractive upperclassmen who is now in his seventh and final year at Hogwarts.
