Shane is 18 in the sequel to Body Count - she was 16 in Body Count. She is born and raised Canadian (though that was never mentioned in Body Count), with an Italian father and American mother. She has dark skin, eyes, and hair. She was one scar extending from the left corner of her lip and up to below her cheek bone. The hair dye - purple and green - has grown out. It's all brown again. She's got a ridge on the back of her right hand from when it was broken. Her left ankle has a torn ligament in it. Her left shoulder is weaker than the right, due to a previous injury. She has a chemical imbalance in her brain, causing her insanity. Her parents names are Jesse Fatello and Dana Fatello. Her best friends names are Dominic White, born three months before Shane. Riley McGibbon, six months after. Brent and Brian Phillips, one month before.

Parents died when he was young, leaving him a lot of money he had no idea what to do with. He was kidnapped and taken hostage by The Joker to be one of Shane's goons. He likes Shane, and therefore he stays to make sure she's fine. He is trying to be more social, but in his situation, it's difficult.

Used to work in an opera theater. Now in the employ of The Joker - not willingly, but he stays for Shane, who he was assigned to 'serve'. Has two younger siblings - Britney and Cole - whose safety motivates him. He likes to write and was in a band - Break the Fallen. He sings. He loves Pixie Stix and Butterfingers. He plays guitar. He likes the beach and Mountain Dew, too. He's sort of OCD, if he touches his left arm he has to touch his right sort of thing. He bites his nails when he's thinking.

Real name - Nathan McMillain. Orphaned at a young age, ran away from foster home. Was eventually taken on by The Joker. Became close to Shane, and began to look at her as a younger sister. Is Odie's older brother, but Odie doesn't know. Daemyn has brown hair and blue eyes. He is very well-built.

Brian Phillips, 18, is the twin of Brent Phillips. He's a little paler than his brother, with shoulder length black hair. He dresses very neatly and properly. Almost formally. He works at a local pub, and is not very athletic, though he too is lean. He also has green eyes. He's somewhat subdued now, but still happy.

Dominic, at 18 now, has short brown hair and is quite muscular. He was, and perhaps still is, in love with Shane. He has brown eyes. He takes reckless chances, because he believes (though he won't tell anybody) that his life became pointless once Shane left him for the man she thought was "The Joker". He spends most of his time out drinking, though not excessively, and is a good cook.
