I love how in this story, you manage to make time skips so effectively. They never seem rushed or anything along those lines, and I'm really glad that you're doing them actually; otherwise things might seem a little dragged out.

I can't get over how adorable they both are either; Brendon being so shy is just the sweetest thing in the world and Ryan's natural protectiveness is really different then most of the stories I've read.

aww it makes me sad that brendon is mad at ryan for swearing! i want them happy together! i hope he forgives him soon. i remember i used to be exactly like brendon when i was in middle school. i didnt curse and i didnt like it when my friends did. but i got over it, so hopefully bren will too. :) update soon?

Awe! So cute! I just love how proper Brendon is. And it's funny how he's giving Ryan the cold shoulder for swearing. Just... too cute.

Anyways, I don't have loads to say, like usual. Which is weird. But I think it's because of exams and the fact that I'm really excited about going to Snowcoming with my friends next Saturday...

I don't think I've ever asked you Erin ; how come you chose Maine as the setting for this? I really love that you did, because it's another reason this story is set apart from most other Rydon's; most of the ones I've read are set in Vegas, but what was it about Maine that you liked? :)

Mr. Wyatt kind of reminds me of a teacher at our school named Mr. Murray who is a pothead for sure... but he's kind of creepy to be honest (Mr. Murray, not Mr. Wyatt). I love the character development you've done for him so far, even though we haven't technically met him yet, and I really hope that he features in the story. :)

I never like to say that we are finally on the same page, because normally we are. One of us usually has the book turned upside down. Now though, it seemed as if the book was turned the right way and we were both reading the same word of the same sentence in the same paragraph on the same page.

I'm really looking forward to see if you do more with Mary-Bella ; first off, she has quite an interesting name and I'm thinking she'll be a part of the story later on as well. It doesn't seem like you just added her in randomly.

It really does amaze me how Brendon seems to know how to play every instrument plus one... it's quite inspiring.

I really like how you kind of skipped over some of the summer too instead of dragging it out. It usually works better that way because then you can skip over some of the "boring" things and focus more on the details that wil affect Ryan and Brendon's relationship in the future. Kind of reminds me of what I'm doing with PTF, in a way.

I love how excited Brendon got over just the puppies... it's just so freaking adorable! I told you this story makes me Awh out loud and I legitimately mean it. Just... Awh.

And his self conciousness... once again an Awh moment, although for an entirely different reason. It's just so odd having Brendon being kind of the insecure one but you write his chracter so well ; both of them are really kind, compassionate twelve year olds that most boys should be like.
