This fricking sucks. I have to go to bed and I am DYING to know what happens next. I've been reading this for like five hours. Somehow I subscribed to Made For Each Other without realizing this even existed. This is going to drive me crazy all night, thank you very much. But besides that I absolutely love this. I love your writing style. And Chloe is like, the most relatable character I've ever read about in a story. I can't wait until tomorrow, because I definitely need to catch up. :)
Chloe is such a mess :( I feel bad! This story is very good though(: I think that her and Alex should just stop talking to eachother and move on so Chloe can get with Paul. Cause obviously they both aren't happy so... I don't understand why he would cheat on her, she is amazing! I mean if he really loved her than why would he do that? Btw: Paul and Jack are such sweeties(: I love it!!
Normally I don’t read all time low story’s but this one is really good and I haven’t even made it all the way through the story. I also really like how Jack is the protective big brother but we all know that it’s because he doesn’t want his sister getting hurt.
I was to say that, thanks to comment swap, I can now agree that you are an amazing writer and deserve to continue writing no matter what. Keep updating and everything. You are awesome at everything, describing the characters and... Just too amazing for words.
As per your recommendation after stumbling upon Made for Each Other, I started reading this and just finished! And I loved it! Next up, Decisions, Decisions! :)
Okay. It is into the early hours of the day. 4:30 to be exact and I have been reading this for a while. I'm finally done and I have 1 word to sum this all: amazing.
Its time for me to catch some z's but I know when I wake up in the late afternoon I'm going to be all over the sequel.
you are amazing. AAAAAH THIS STORY!!! TOO MUCH! i knew she would forgive him (that crossword thing was genius, btw) because deep down i missed the twerp. even if he was being a fucking dickhead. seeing him broken like that was torture. and that song he sang i was literally awwwwing. XD
YAAAAAAAAAAY!!!! i cant wait to read the sequel!!! and im gonna start the jack story. i love that kid. so much to read, so little time. thank u for the QUALITY entertainment!!! (lol im such a dork) ttyl!
oops. i guess i didnt know that iron and wine just did a cover of that song. i feel stupid *shame* sry for the pointless comment but i felt the need to correct myself.
CHAPTER 37: SUCH GREAT HEIGHTS IRON AND WINE! :) that song ftw. sry i was gonna wait to comment till the end but i couldnt resist. this story is fucking AMAZING!!! ur a rly good writer! and yes, i do enjoy gaskarth sans clothing :)))))) lol this story rocks my socks off!!! cant wait to read more of your stuff!
"Forget Voldemort. Alex Gaskarth was the new He Who Must Not Be Named."
Okay, so it took me a couple days... but this story equals love. Well, a mix of love when it comes to the plot, but just overall love from me. The Used and Story of the Year references to the hilarious one liners and comments that characters made, this was honestly such a brilliant story.
A real highlighter for me was definitely,
'“Hayaku!” Jack yelled.
“What?” I asked, confused.
“It’s Japanese,” he explained. “It means ‘hurry.’”
“Since when do you know Japanese?”
“Since I started watching Japanese porn.”
“Why can’t you just lie like a normal person would?”
“Telling the truth is much more exciting.”
I rolled my eyes and shook my head. My brother was such a freak.'
I literally was laughing.
Jumping back a bit, I really liked the way you portrayed how Chloe was feeling torn between Jack and Alex. First with the guilt about lying to her brother and then with who to choose. It highlighted the fact that without Jack's blessing the whole situation was difficult and that if he didn't sort it out soon it was going to be a constant shit fight for her attention or presence. I really enjoyed the way you remedied that in Chloe's mind by Travis explaining his feelings on Drew and Jess which made it a lot easier to understand, and then like he said, Jack eventually accepted it and everything was working out well... until Alex screwed up haha.
I have to admit that I found myself dying to hear a little more of Alex's side of the story occasionally after he cheated... then again if I was Chloe I wouldn't give him the chance to explain either, simply because I would be too keen to skip out on the whole, "I was drunk; it was nothing." speech, but I think it would have somehow helped her out a little so she didn't waste all that time thinking that there was something wrong with her or the way she looked or the things she did, because that made me kind of sad when she started blaming herself.
The ending was brilliant. I had an idea that you were going to end it with the crossword answer when you mentioned her and Paul completing one before he left, but I didn't think it would have related to forgiveness, but to her relationship with Paul or whatever, but I much preferred your way. Props to you as well, because that was exceptionally creative :)
I really liked the first person perspective throughout, it gave a great opportunity for character development and I like the fact that now I've read the whole story I feel like I know Chloe :) I absolutely loved this, and I of course am going to continue on to Decisions, Decisions as soon as I get the chance. <3
awwww! i just finished after starting yesterday but I've procrastinated enough today to start the sequel....tomorrow is friday sooooo.....iloveditbytheway. not spacing was intentional...promise!
