It sucks that Ellie and Matt are literally trying to rip out each other's throats.
They're just so on edge and worried about each other that they're attacking each other, which isn't helpful, but easy to understand given their frustrated states.
Definitey cannot wait for the next update!

Did Angelica really break into Ellie's room, or was that a dream Ellie had?
Either way, it was creepy.
Who's working with Angelica? The suspense is killing me.

“There is some weird person sitting on your couch Ellie! Intruder! Call the cops!” Jimmy yelled suddenly, pointing at Dalton and trying not to laugh at the expression on his face. My younger half-brother turned to look at me with a look of pure horror on his face. Matt and I couldn’t help but burst into side-splitting laughter at the sight.

“Jimmy he isn’t an intruder, that’s Dalton.” Jimmy’s eyes clouded over as he poked Dalton on the arm repeatedly. “What are you doing now?”

“I’m poking him. What does it look like? I’m seeing if he is squishy and soft or hard and muscled. He is in between.” I sat down laughing at the pleased expression on his face.

“Ellie your friends are odd.” Dalton whispered at me, making Jimmy grin fall when he heard it.

That made me laugh.
I never knew Ellie had a half-brother, so that was interesting.
My guess: Matt's in love with Ellie and she's in love with him.
(Since I can't really remember if they've said that to each other or not, that's my guess.
If they have said that to each other, oh well...)
