I’m 5’2 105 pounds about large medium in shirts. There should be a comma between the different aspects of yourself. And when you say 'large medium' I assume that you're between the two and debating with yourself. There should be a comma between that too.

Commas denote a pause between words, not long enough to be a sentence ender but long enough to mention. So when you're questioning your judgement on your comma placement, read out loud what you've written. Take a comma as it is and pause. If it doesn't seem like there should be a pause there then take it out. If the inflection is not as you meant it to be, if you want there to be a pause in a certain place but it's not the spot for a period or other sentence ender, put in a comma.
