Internet crashes suck. Major big time. Where are you Jaeee?!
Anyways. For the rest of the stories, I think that if you are really love sick and it is your true destiny to meet your soulmate by searching coffeeshops or whatever, I would act like Alex too. He really wants to find Corie because she was something different, a splash of sprite after drinking Coke for so long!
And no words can seriously tell how we love the story. None, but I will make this comment. Having Alex find her in a coffee shop that just so happens to be in his birth country after giving up on looking for her is the best thing ever!
he was my 'Alex' in a way...crazy story that I'll prbly msg you with soon!) But yea....while Rosy is jaded and way too analytical and "practical" like Corie, Rosy was more open to just having flings. She didn't believe that love existed...only lust in a way? Corie tho really just wants nothing to do with men. She's content with her mundane normal routine life. Whether it's Cade or Jaynie (based off same person and neat that you have someone like that too!) they really try to be the mirror for the character. And I find that important because friends will always be there and friends see things that you don't.
I am making my way back and trying to catch up on everything. I'm not all the way done w/the sickness but it's gettin there. Wanna hear the story? I'll tell it after this. It's amusing. But on top of being sick, I've had major issues w/la boyfriend. MAJOR. As in I had to break up with him last night :( We've only been dating since May 20th but for us it was a near love at first sight. Wanna hear how we met? I'll tell that story someday too. It's cute. But anyway, there's a lot behind Mr Assity as I like to refer to him as, but he just has been the biggest douchebag to me...but we talked about it last night and he pretty much begged for a 2nd chance...I'm giving it to him so we'll see how it goes. I'm taking a few days off for myself tho. And I miss him already :P
So yea, life kinda has been crazyily hittin me hard lately. I do so apologize and I hope to get the ball rollin wicked soon!
The story of the mysterious illness:
Long and short of it...I didn't eat for a week n a half cuz my throat was so damn swollen and eventually I couldn't even swallow my own saliva. It was way bad. I was so damn dehyrdated and malnurished that I figured that when I finally DID go in to get it checked, that they'd send me to the hospital for an IV (not a nice thought) And yea, I don't go into the dr at all...last time i went in I was 11 and it was only after I was doubling over in pain then too lol But yea I was lookin like Jeff Dunham's character thing Achmed (don't know who it is...look it up. SILENCE! I KILL YOU! hehe) Anyway, yea I was lookin bad. Turns out I lost between 10 and 15 lbs in those 2 weeks. (made swimsuit shopping easier! lol)
SO I go in...my bf thinks it's mono...my bro thinks it's a severe case of strep (i've had strep so many dang times, but never this bad!) and well...it wasn't strep A or B and the results for C wouldn't come in for awhile. Then they wanted to do the mono test. Mono test is a blood test. And if it did turn o ut to be mono, the best they could give me would be steroids to try and take the swelling down and that's it. I do NOT do the whole taking blood thing. I have an issue with blood. SOO...I said no to it. The Dr pretty much knew I was being smart about it too. 1-I don't have ins and that would been pricy. 2-If I don't do it then he can at least give me a lesser antibiotic, because they can't give amoxycylin like they usually do cuz if it wasn't strep then i'd get this wicked horrible sunburn like rash all over and be hospitalized. So yay-gave me antibiotic! And they gave me a steroid. (hey, that just sounds awesome.) I finally got more than 3hrs of sleep at a time...and w/in 6hrs my throat finally opened enuf that I could drink water. W/in a couple days I could FINALLY eat something!! And I didn't have an appetitite. ha! Funny stuff....anyway then I call back for results a few days later and they tell me to stop the antibiotic (which drs really usually NEVER do...) and i had to buy these 58$ throat lozenges I have to suck on 5 times a day for 2 weeks (yea...i am horrible at it, especially w/my weird 3rd shift hrs...so i havent been faithful...) cuz they found yeast in my throat. It wasn't strep C. They don't know what illness I actually had/have and told me that i needed to go in again but I can't afford that so hey...as long as this clears it up I'm all happy. SO yea....it's the mystery disease. Am I surprised? No. Nothing can just be normal w/me lol
So yea. Long story...but that's the craziness. It actually wasn't until end of last week that I finally got a good nights sleep.
Oh and wanna lose 10-15lbs FAST?! Get the mystery disease!!
1 Don't eat for 2 weeks
2 Only drink ice water for a week. And eat an ice cream cone a day. (yea i was making Cold Stone, Briq's, and Dairy Queen VERY happy businesses lol my bf didn't mind cuz i usually bought him ice cream too lol)
3 After that week is done, only get to drink a couple ounces of water a day. (i had to carry a spit cup cuz i couldnt swallow hahaha it was gross...)

I should add that the bf was oh so amazing (w/exception of getting 2 fights out of me when i was REALLY sick...still dont get that...) through it all. He went out and got me meds or got me ice cream or gave me back massages or in the beginning he would make me soup etc He would make sure i had ice...he even dealt with my AWESOME drooling! hahah I would suck on cherry lozenges and wow...his pillow was then polka dotted (gross?! uh huh. i had to share that.) He dealt with me looking like I was near death too. I have to keep that in mind on the bad days with him.
Okay this is long enough. Overly long. But I thought I'd share. I'll reward you guys QUITE soon in the sequel!!!!
