@ mrsmshadz Hey, the person she despised was Val, Matt and her broke up but he and Carlee were never the same after, that's why I added the flashbacks, so that you guys can understand how they were before and after Val came into the picture. The story is not finished, I'm re-writing chapters because I felt they were cringe-worthy before. This summer I expect to be able to update more, I'm getting ready for the two finals I have this week and after that I'm putting all my energy on this. Like always, thanks for reading.

The way I see it, Matt seems to think she's out of his league, like he's not worthy of her. Whereas I think she feels the same way about him. I don't blame her for wanting to be treated with love and dignity though. All girls deserve that.

Thank You!! I loved writing this story and now to rewrite feels so good... The only thing is that it has too much sexual content and I've been thinking about taking it down a notch or two on the part... I dunno, what'd you think? I will try to update soon.
