Hm. It seems odd that he wouldn't mention the 'mock' date to Baby. It's possible that it just didn't occur to him since it was 'no big deal'. But then again, they're very close and it doesn't seem like he would omit that sort of thing from her.

It may have been a 'mock' date but I don't think, subconsiously, it was as mock as he meant it to be. I have to wonder if Brian somehow senses that her interest in Zacky is becoming real and is reacting to it.
