Wings & Hearts - Comments

This story is such a refreshing and unique piece. Wings & Hearts is a great addition to quality fanfiction that is usually lacking on this site and many similar sites. The narrator has a great perspective and is witty as well. Outstanding voice development and character development as well. I like that you made her different than the "typical girl" J69 would date as I've imagined. It's a lovely way to create a believeable narrator. You could probably sub things in and tell this as an original. You've described the Eyes well enough to do so.

Love how you don't dwell on very single damn thing that happens and only tell the important or interesting parts. I've always been entertained by this story ever since I started reading it yesterday. Love how its set in 1988. I was worried it would be a typical story but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. I will not call this a story but a fiction as in a writing class or some sort. You are quite talented. Excellent so far :)

Why did it take me so long to find this?! I absolutely love it! and although I've only read a few chapters so far, you can be sure I'll finish it in no time. Your writing is spectacular. It's easy to read and you describe everything/everyone so well. I love all the characters. Great job! Subscribing and going to check out your other stuff right now. :)

I sat down after work(130) and pulled this story up cuz i've been meaning to read it for weeks, and i havn't left the couch since(it's not 7). lol I love this story so much, and i really hope you continue it, seeing as theres quite a lack of 69 Eyes fics on here lol. You're writing is amazing and Sinikka's personality is one i can't help but love lol. Really hope to see more :)

I can't help you with the time when visitors were allowed in the terminals in airports my friend, I've only driven while traveling and a handful of times flown.

But I'm sure visitors, not only flyers were once allowed, not much risk if they aren't even boarding a plane or on the the actual airport ( the landing strip?) before 9/11 and other plane hijackings occurred.

Seems you are easing right back into the Wings and Hearts flow after your absence, now I'm just wondering how your Jyrki is going to flow with balancing school and his music!

I love how absolutely clingy and caring Jyrki is with Sini. It's like you know she loves it, but at the same time it's like "I just want to have some alone time with a cig." or something, haha.
I like the bond that Jussi and her have created too :)

abso-fucking-lutely love this chapter. the good bye scene had me awing & i loved how sini made jyrki promise to take care of jussi; that was just incredibly adorable.

There's too many funny things to do with sex because sex isn't glamourous like we talked about before. It's awkward and clumsy no matter who the partners are, lol.

LOL love it! no joke, absolutely do XD hehe gah where to start on this chapter. i adored how she let jussi sit next to her, that entire bit was very well written. & the ending scene of course was marvelous. you're so right, there are way too many funny things about sex haha. le sigh. now to write.

Okay, a few things. First about your story and what I liked:

My doting boyfriend and overly-annoying younger brother figure were too busy beating one another about the head and shoulders, so my wide eyes fell to Ville - I gave him a look as if the fate of the world rested on his shoulders. His green eyes widened as much as mine had, and he immediately darted for a trashcan.
Once again, you left me laughing.

“I think she needs a cigarette and a glass of wine, but perhaps it’s just my gentleman’s perspective.” Ville joked
That seems like such a Ville thing to say that it made me smile.

Again, I love Jussi. You protray him well, especially him being younger. I like the fact that he went to punch Mige even though Sini gets tweaked by him at times.

Now um, yeah it's possible to go into another tense very easily. I do it all the time. I just went through all my chapters today to look back, and some slipped by me. It's tidious. I wouldn't worry so much about it, though. Unless it's really noticeable. I didn't really notice. Try reading aloud. Sometimes you'll catch it, if you really want to fix it.

It is annoying when you sit patiently for readers. There's so much stuff on here. Just try to talk to people on forums, and put a link to your story in your sig. People may get attracted. I'll also mention you in my next author note because you're so damn lovely =)
