Amazing story! I'm sorry I didn't find it until it was completed but I'm glad that I found it period. It was very well written and I think you captured Sidney quite well. I really enjoyed reading this. And I just want to thank you for taking the time to write it. Very nicely done. :)

I'm all... out of words to describe how much I LOVE this story!
the first chapter I was kind of confused and then it just sucked me in and didn't let me go until I'd finished it!
this thing just makes you sit in your room, coo and awe at the computer screen and laugh at the most (un)convenient times, it makes your heart squeeze in your chest and your stomach tingle and then it makes you sit in your office chair thinking "God damn, I want a boy like that!" and while I'm sure I do not want the exact same boy, as tempting as it is it also is just as impossible, I want an experience just like that (not with somebody dying and so on, but I hope you get what I mean)

This story is true and pure greatness. Period.

I Loved this story. You know from all my comments how much this story affected me. I'm so sad it's over, but I loved the ending! Thanks for writing an intelligent story about an amazing hockey player.

Aww...perfect ending. I'm going to miss this!! This was my favorite Crosby story to read and I don't think anything will top it.

while i'm in denial that this is actually over (i'm basically distraught right now) i have to say that it ended perfectly and you definitely didn't over do it in the least!

“Getting colder,” I whispered from my seat.
One frozen footfall followed by two, three, four…
“Oh my god!” he shouted with a toothy, open-mouthed grin, picked me up and twirled me once around in his arms. The second my feet hit the ground, he had me wrapped in the warmest hug of my life, lips pecking softly all over my face. -- oh god sidney, always finding a way to melt my heart. no one ever gets to see, or even imagine, a giddy side of sid and it absolutely makes me swoon!

“Oh, no need to turn that on. I’m actually pretty bushed so…” Sidney’s voice trailed off... -- i had to put htis in here.
best. line. ever.

Smiling, I added, “If it makes you feel any better, girls think crutches and battle scars are cute. Maybe you can pick up a hot pity date.” -- me! max talbot i will take you anytime, any day, with any sort of injury!

Sidney’s jaw fell open slightly as he broke our short kiss. “You just said,” he let out an exhale of what was either slight disbelief or great relief, “You love me too.” -- possibly that best ending line ever. as i'm reading it over again i'm getting chills. like, legit goosebumps are on my arms right now.
