Pretend made me cry. It tackles a feeling inside me that I've refused to acknowledge for a quite a bit. I thank you.

The Brendon. drabble was a nice one to read. No, not nice; nice is a poor word.

    This drabble was believeable.
It was the type of writing that you could picture easily. And saying things like 'He buys Transformer bandaids and Spiderman bubble bath.' and 'He knows all the tricks for keeping the smoke alarm going off when he makes popcorn.', makes it seem very real.

    Real to me, anyway.

    Brendon

    I like this Brendon.
It was nice to read something sweet and fluffy.
    My favorite lines:

kisses my fingertips when he doesn't want to say I love you.

He knows all the tricks for keeping the smoke alarm from going off when he makes popcorn.

in a Gatorade bottle filled with water next to the bed. He hides the newspaper when bad things happen

Well, to start with it's not just one story, it's several.
And I believe that the characters are gay in the majority of them, yes.

    Pretend

I like the bit about Santa.
    The shortness kept this crisp.

    My favorite lines:

They'd lie about a man spying on us year-round and creeping down our chimney, but God forbid we lie about sneaking into the cookie jar. What kind of man spies on little kids year-round, anyway? Fucking pedophile.

You smell like Skittles right now. But it's just pretend.

i love the part in one of the drabbles about Ryan turning a children's drink into a suicide cocktail
i dont know why, but it sort of got me
like, it was childlike and innocent yet sinister

    sorry- i ramble

    Dancing

I like the tone in this.
    My favorite lines:

See the steam on the windows? I love it when you do that with your hips.

Let’s get fucked up and go dancing. Let’s get trashed and go driving. Let’s get wasted and go party. We always end the night in your car.

    My favorite line:

Leave it to Ryan to make a children’s drink a suicide cocktail. There was some artistic merit in that, but at the moment Brendon couldn’t care.

    Wow.
The power you packed into those 176 words was amazing.
I want to go to hug Ryan and Brendon and make them happy.
It makes my heart happy and sad at the same time.

Leave it to Ryan to make a children’s drink a suicide cocktail. There was some artistic merit in that, but at the moment Brendon couldn’t care.
The artistic balance of that was just... wow. It was like one of those
morbid children's nursery ryhmes or something. Very, very good line. Favorite.

    Amazing job. <3

Wow. I really like how you write (I read them all).
    Your writing isn't too 'flowery'.

(: My favourites were Bullshit, Voice, Tape, Little Boy Lost, Attempts and Pinocchio.

    Attempts:

“People don’t practice dying.” Brendon said, voice tight, words short, eyes overly bright.

“I do.” Ryan turned back around, walking into their bedroom and lying down on top of the blue comforter. “I’m sick, remember?”

^ That line makes Ryan seem like a smartass. XD

    Wonderful.

I dont understand why Ryan couldn't speak... coz he's pretend? Make believe??? I'm confused.

    Please explain!!
He could talk. But he talked like he was drunk.
    Because his brain turned off.
    I don't know why.
It's just what happened to me at the time.

Wow, I really loved chapters 7 and 12.
If I wasn't on wireless right now, I'd probably be gushing about how many emotions these all got out of me!
    You're a fantastic author, Dru. :]
