Of all the guys that would willingly camp out with a couple of kids, I can definitely picture Jordan Staal being the one. Too bad he wasn't my live-in babysitter =]
Glad to see that they're starting to compromise on stuff, and that Sid didn't listen to Max's "advice" about just learning from the other dads on the team. I like a man who prepares =]
Ireland being in love already...awww. But sometimes that's just the way it goes. Thanks for a decent end to a horrible night - I did see the message in my inbox whilst browsing on the phone on the way home from work, and I read both your emails!
It's a great chapter and I can't wait for the next one!xx
oh man i loved it! i love the talking with Autumn and Ireland, that was awesome and then at the end the Yummy Mummy shirt, was too cute!! Keep up the amazing work!!!
That was cute =] It's good that Autumn's "there" for Ireland, and more importantly that she's not some stuck up trophy wife bitch. And, how can anyone NOT love Max or Sid that soon? =]
Max would be the one to join the mile-high club with a Flyers girl. Sounds like he was successful in converting her to a Pens fan though =]
You write Max really well. I like how close he is with the Crosby clan, and how they accept Ireland into their group right away, even if it's hard to believe that Max Talbot has a steady girlfriend =]
You had me LOLing at the Cosmo (?) magazine scene and the "sex-haustion" comments =]
Do I have to tell you how much I liked the line... "And I'll be your ravisher today" - I love it, I love it, cause it's sooooo funny!
Wonderful chapter. I do think it's cure that Ireland is worried about how the folks will take to her. I do. But unless you've been shoved into a social situation with a bunch of random rich and famous people, it can be quite a mental hurdle to get over.
We knew Max wasn't going to let this one go. I think he's focussing on the fun, but who knew he and Ireland were so in tune? And I'm not talking about their singing along a duet to Nickleback's Rockstar either...
Fantastic chapter! More, more, more! (PS I got in about 2 and a bit hours ago from the night shift and I haven't been to bed yet...)
Now I'm not going to complain about the fact there's a lot of Sid and Autumn in this story (I am ashamed to admit I am missing the Womanizer), because this was a terrific chapter and the fight?
Just terrific. but Sid's got to remember that he is 50 % responsible for this situation and he can't actually change that. Neither is them both throwing the blame on each other a good thing.
Still, I guess they're getting to the making up? [big grin] well we all know how much they both like that!
yay, that the fight is over!! i can't wait to see what else you have in store for the newly weds, plus max and ireland and tanger and michelle, keep up the great work!!!
I love the talking with Sid and Autumn, especially about her going back to work.
Keep up the amazing work and sorry this took so long to do
