Loved the update! :) Aw, I feel bad for Faith. She needs to be with Joe, he's just perfect for her. :) Love the new background to it. Can't wait for the next chapter! :)

Nick is so selfish. He can't even have a weekend off from work just to be with his wife. :S
I'm interested how the rest of the story will play out. And if Faith will choose to stay with Nick or hook up with Joe instead, haha.

Steph, I always love your stories. This one is no exception. Nick is being Nick I think I have to agree with Tulip , Nick has always said Music comes first. Joe is definetly more Faith type. THey need to get together. A Sequel would be great.

I like the new layout but I'm no good reading any colour on a black background so I just switch to default xD

Loved the update though. Nick has always said in interviews and such that music is his priority and as much as she wants to be his first priority to be with him she'll have to understand that his love for her is strong but the love for music has been with him for years. He'll always want the music. And that's not a bad thing, but she's taking it as he's being a jerk on purpose when he's not, he's just doing what he loves.

And that's how he and Joe differs, Joe is more of a romantic who would give up everything for true love and that's why they get along better because they both can and will commit to the relationship in the same sense that she wants.

I knew this was gotta happen. I knew Nick would blow it on the trip! Man he is such an ass. Nick say's he loves Faith, but he's pretty much just handing her over to Joe piece by piece...Well I'd say she was already Joe's in a way. I can't say I feel anything for Nick right now, he doesn't deserve Faith at all. Look at poor Joe! He love's Faith and he always has to go through the pain of hearing how much Faith is hurting : (

I can't believe there's only few chapters left! Makes me so sad, but if Faith and Joe are together in the end, I'll be happy : ) Or unless you have some crazy squeal planned, when they come together, haha ; )

Nick is such an ass. I mean I get that music is important, but it's a weekend. I doubt they'll die without him. Ugh. Joe is soooo sweet. Okay, if Nick wasn't on my Douche list, he definitely is now.
I can't believe he'd go and have a business call on a weekend of relaxation. His wife plans a weekend at a spa where they can spend time together. He tells her he won't do anything work related and goes behind her back to have a business call? Sorry Nick, as much as I love you, that's simply a no-no. It's official, he's a jerk.
I love that Faith has to call Joe to vent about it, though. But I do feel bad about it. Can you imagine how Joe must feel? Having to listen to her cry over Nick and how everything is falling apart must be heartbreaking for him... in a bittersweet way, I suppose. Part of him must be happy that Nick's screwing things up cause it means a chance for him to swoop in and rescue her. On the other hand, she's hurt so he's hurt.
Oh, and yes, sweets, I quite like the new layout. Very pretty. I can't wait for the new chapter!
