You don't know how excited I was when you told me you updated this again. I can't possibly explain how much I love this story; it really is my favorite of all of the ones you've ever written.

Maybe it's because the writing style is so smooth, so clear. The way you write it makes it feel like i'm actually watching it all. It's just...

The imagery. The imagery in this story alone is amazing. I really can watch it like a movie in my head. You've got mad skills when it comes to describing things like that.

The plot too, it's just phenomenal. It really is brilliant; you always leave me wanting so much more of the story.

I really wish I could adequately explain how much I love this story in words. I can't though, so hopefully a comment will suffice.

So we'll get a change of setting, but all the characters stay in place. I love that Mrs. Iero thinks she's going to escape by playing sick only to have Fate put the Ways right back in her path. You can't cheat Fate. :P

Mr. Iero seems a decent sort. It's too bad he isn't more of a force in Frank's life. Mrs. Iero appears to dominate the house. :(

I wonder if the kids will get suspicious when their teacher moves, too.

"Can't you do anything to stop it?" he asked, staring up at me through accusing eyes. I shook my head, and he sighed sadly. "I thought teachers could do anything."

    Awwww! Poor Mikey. Cry

Might be interesting to see if you can figure out what I did, though)

You changed the poem, right? I don't remember Bob's new boss' name being Brian Schecter, though that could just be my memory. Tongue

Alright, so I want to apologize for not commenting on time...
Anyway, this was perfect, as usual. You are still so capable of capturing human emotion, dialogue, and such, to make it so realistic, so it just fits.

I'm glad that you decided to continue this, and not just ditch it. It's a very good story, totally worth keeping up and continuing. Bob's character in particular, is obviously my favorite. But I like how he's able to interact with kids, and sort of understand their situations much better than any of the other adults. That is a really beautiful connection.

    Perfection.

I am so glad you updated this.
    It's excellent.
This is seriously my favorite story of yours and i have no clue why.
Well, rather than EoTD, but you know why I like that one.
It has inspired many "conversations' for us.
    XD

I so didn't expect this though, almost made me cry with the little Mikey crying scene.
But you know I love it.
    And it's great.
    And you're fucking amazing!

    Awesomeness right here. =]

Amazing update, I must say =]. And I sort of forgot that that was my idea, for a minute...0o.

Anyway, this story is really great. It's realistic, and I love Bob's intellect in it. The dialogue is consistently fantastic, especially Ms. Iero's (even though I keep getting the idea that she's somewhat psychopathic, to some degree). You portray kids as characters very well, which I think is an amazing feat, since children are usually hard to write out (at least for me they are, you've pulled it off -is jealous-). I'm glad that you're continuing this, because I think this one may be my favorite =D

    cowz rool!

If manatees are sea-cows, are cows really land-manatees?

Anyway, I'm still here and I still really love this story. I'm glad you've got inspiration and haven't decided to quit! This chapter was excellent.

I was unable to follow their game at all; the rules seemed to change every few minutes.

I remember playing games like that. My other favorite is when little kids say, "Ok, you say [whatever] and then I say [whatever] and then you say [whatever]." And then they do! It always cracks me up.

    Gerard's a bully! :(

"Well, y'see, I know Mikey's been sneaking off to play with his new friend even after I told him not to,

So Mrs. Way knows that Mikey's still playing with Frank? Wow.

"My mom says I can't play with you either! Don't listen to mothers; they're crazy."

lmfao Why do I think that those are more of Gerard's "words of wisdom"?

I really enjoy all the interaction between the kids. It's so much fun to read. I hope you continue.

This is so heartwrenching to read.

Frank and Mikey are so oblivious to what's been happening, just like little boys usually are. But the "F Word" that Gerard taught Mikey? Genious! I remember being all happy when I would say it in secret. They both make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Little boys who meet their best friends forever just... gah, I don't know. Make me want to hug a kitten really.

But then you add the twist of them being twins? And then the saddening effect that it has on Mrs. Way and Mrs. Iero, and how they're dealing with it negatively. God, it almost made me cry... It's frustrating really.

Your style of writing and your vocabulary is superb. It draws me in by the throat and doesn't let go. And now I'm craving for more, but I'll refrain from begging you to "lyk3 uPd@t3 s00n." :cute:

Aw. Mikey and Frank. I really loved this chapter, and I don't know why. The consistency is great, and the story is... amazing.

“My brother taught me the F word yesterday,” Mikey said suddenly, speaking in a lighter tone.

“The what?” Frank asked, tilting his head to one side in confusion.

“You know…the F word,” Mikey almost whispered to him. Frank still looked confused, so Mikey whispered it in his ear. They both broke into laughter, while I rolled my eyes.

I find that incredibly cute. My favourite lines from this chapter.

I DO love the Frank and Mikey interaction and friendship between them. It's awesome.
