What a wonderful start to the story

Getting a bit teary here and it's only the first chapter! Damn you emotions! I can see both of their points of view here. He's a lieutenant, therefore he's kind of a big deal. She knew that when she married him. On the other hand, she wants him home, at least for Christmas. She's six months pregnant, probably feeling like shit and wanting her hubby home. Le sigh.

Now you add in a cute little baby to the mix and I'm "awwing" at a mini Jensen! Too cute! The baby talk is so adorable! Oh no, I can't handle baby tears!
“Do you be a hero to keep the monsters away from me?” I love that line, so simple yet so cute and argh! Adorable! I'm so glad I have my little kitten here to hug me! The tears are welling up steadily!

The way you describe little Dean is gorgeous! “I has ice-steam, please.” Oh my good lord can he be any more cuter?! I love Jared, he's a big goofball!

Lol, I call Jared a goof ball, then the next chapter you call him one. Great minds. xD Oh oh oh! No! No, it can't be! *cries*

This was so so so good! Very edge of your seat type feeling with wondering if Jensen wass gonna come home okay or if he got killed. But I knew in my heart that he would make it back to Dean && Jess okay. :]]]]

Is it pathetic that I'm almost crying?

The characters were so likeable and most people suck at writing for a little toddler, but you did really good. I was expecting Jensen to be dead and I was so damn relieved when he wasn't! I mean, poor girl has been put through so much crap and that wouldve been horrible! But everythig was fantastic and I'm going to subscribe to this also, for a rainy day.

That's a good story! Loved it very much. But the font is awfully small.
