A Dustland Fairytale - Comments

Shoot, I feel like I do when I close the book at the end, kind of a bittersweet feeling. I have truly loved both this and Great Expectations and so wish that the stories were a published book(s) that I could hold in my hand. Brilliant work, my friend. =]

haha this already was a sequel/accompaniment to Great Expectations. The last chapter was meant to be kind of an epilogue and I definitely don't think this story needs a sequel. Thanks, though. :]

I absolutely adore that you used the young characters of Gossip Gilr!I remember watching that episode and loving that pairing soooo much :) And their chemistry too,and they are so like Dean and Juliet,it's crazy.Them alone in Gossip Girl caused about a thousand different stories to pop into my head about characters like them,and I think Juliet and Dean are just perfect for it :D

It's refreshing how Dean isn't smoothering Juilet. I know a lot of girls would want him to stay & not ride off, but I think it's a whole lot better that he's letting her make her own decisions.

Great update. I think you did the right thing in writing in Dean's POV. It helps us learn more about Dean than we did in Great Expectations. Can't wait for the next update :)

I hated that she wasnt with Dean because of what other people would say

This the part in Great Expectations where I felt my heart break. It was so sad that she was letting others dictate the relationship she should have with Dean, but she still couldn't deny how she felt. For a second I hated Dean for ignoring her, but from his perspective I see that he hurt as much too. Now I can't wait for the Halloween party.

Okay so this is going to be random, but Dean is such an instigator. He forces Juliet out of the life she use to, but it's in a good way I guess. Thought I would throw that out there.

Funny how even though I know how it ends and what's going to happen I still want to know what goes on in the boys head. hehe

I love this story quite a lot. I love how it follows the same timeline as Great Expectations, but its still really different. And I love Dean, he's adorable. Please update soon? :)

I think it's good that Dean's letting his frustrations out, he also tells Juliet a thing or to.
& it's cool finding out his point of view about moments like this.
