PLEASEEEEEER UPDATE THIS STORY !!!!!! Love it sooo much !!! I cried on chapter mrs.watson !! So sad !!! PLEASE UPDATE !! HAVENT READ A GOOD STORY IN A LONG TIME
I decided that I just had to read your other stories (having read The Introvert's Guide to World Domination) and my expectations were not let down in the least. I think it's such a shame that Phoenix ends up with Watson in the end and she has no idea where Leon is when she's on her deathbed. That made me sad. However, I suppose that our love for plots like Romeo and Juliet, Titanic, Atonement, etc. where we know that our favourite lovers are doomed from the start is enticing. I like to think that it shows something about the author and how the fans of the story are here to read the writer's rendition of events rather than the plot. Nevertheless, your plot manages to keep a sufficient amount of secrets from the reader which makes the story all the more thrilling.
Although I have a strong dislike for sad stories, I am completely hooked and there's nothing anyone can do (apart from if you decide to stop writing) to hinder me from continuing reading your story. So, dear author, please give me more Leon with Phoenix and less Phoenix and Watson. Even though we know that this story will probably have a bittersweet ending, I cannot help but greatly anticipate a grand finale.
So, I just read this entire thing in a span of a week and I have died.
1. You write incredibly. Like I love how detailed and well-paced this story is. Plus, Leon is just hilarious.Phoenix is cute too and I love her relationship with Leon. This story is like a star-crossed lovers ordeal and how can you resist that?
2. Leon. I think I would be one of the Anonymous girls for Dear Darla because I'm completely and utterly in love him. Not really, since he's fictional and all, but you get what I mean. I hope. Even in the last chapter, his banters with that Theodore kid is just so funny. PLUS, how can you not jizz when you see a man defy orders. I like my rebels.
and 3. World War II is my favorite era, so thats a win, and this story reminds me of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button with the flashforward. Like I immediately though of that and that movie is one of my favorites.
I think I know I'm going to cry at the end of this story. Leon going to war and never coming back. My heart is like shattering as this story goes along. askljdklasjdlakj. I love this story too much, I think.
AHH I love this so much!! I was super excited (after not being on mibba for ages and ages) to see that there was so much I hadn't got to read yet!! It's such a brilliant story!! You are an amazing writer!!!
Okay, so just to let you know I'm having a little change of emotions. I hate you. Now I know that they will not be together and they are so perfect together and why am I making so much drama over a fictional couple? oh yeah.... BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME.
I love Leon, I'm gonna bawl like a baby when he dies :( Btw, keep up with the frequent updates, I'm really likin' them and ugh, James is so pompous. :/
I don't think I've ever commented on this story, but I started reading it a while ago and I absolutely love it. Once I saw that you updated after such a long gap I got insanely excited :) I defiantly fell in love with this story again after reading the new chapters. I really hope you keep going with the story and eventually complete it because this story is far to amazing to not get an ending.
i think i've just died and gone to heaven because a) i absolutely love WWII stories, b) this is hands down one of the most well-written stories i've ever read, and c) it's simply kind of perfect. the languge is so eloquent and its all so bloody brilliant. i read it all in one sitting! this is truly publish-worthy (i suggest you pursue that avenue). keep up the marvelous work, darling.
This is absolutely amazing, I love that you placed it during WWII. It's one of my favorite time periods and I've been hoping to stumble upon a story set then for a long time. I'm so lucky that I found this one. Hehe. <3 I really can't wait to find out what happens, I'm already in love with Leon. It's not even funny.
