This chapter is really good! Pheonix seems to have grown so much since the beginning of this story which I think is really good :)
I definitely don't like Mr. Lacoste, but I think the way his character really creates all the drama is great, he's got this real big bit of darkness inside of him.

Well whatever they are I didn't see them. Second, I really like the title. It has a very cute ring to it. "romantically disabled" is such a creative way of putting it. So..if you ask me, don't change it :)

I don't know why but I really didn't expect Mr Lacoste to have reacted like that; maybe it's just that I thought Leon's mother wouldn't have loved someone so awful. All the adult characters are such screw ups though. I guess that's what makes them so realistic to me? Forgive my lack of faith in human nature haha.

One thing that I find really interesting/funny was when Leon said to Phoenix: "You found me". Because yeah, she did but also, while they were playing hide and seek, he found something else that he shouldn't have. It's like funny but the same time, sad. I find that you're really good at writing this kind of situations.
