Distant Elemental - Comments

Okay, wow... it took me a reeally long time to read this! But I can say that it was worth every secound, I really enjoyed reading this story, it was like reading a novel (: You really seem to worry about flow and the length of your chapters but I think the lengths are fine and the flow is great too. I love your character names of Skye and Andromeda, they are truly beautiful. And I love the way their names seem to fit their personalitles and powers too. I like how Fulgora and Autumn like to be on their own, while a contrasting character like Skye is so much more bubbly and less unhappy about invading other people's privacy. Yet when angry she's also pretty dangerous. I thinkt that was made really clear in chapter 21: “I can feel your fear, Lily. Fear usually comes with guilt, and I can feel that too. The air tells me many things.” Skye sounded only slightly insane.

The plot is definitely really interesting, despite the length, your story is not repetitive or boring at all. I liked the whole mystery behind the agency idea and Nova's connection, and also the steel monster. It was something different to make him intelligent to and play with their minds. I cannot wait to see where this story goes next!

I think chapter fifteen has been one of my favourites so far when they train and test their powers. Í love the line: “Yeah, me too. It’s so peaceful, and look up at the sky! There’s not so much pollution here, it’s almost as though we’re looking through a window into the next galaxy.” - you have a really skillful way of describing things, it really paints clear pictures in my head.

I only hope you are still continuing with this story. You have the perfect balance of plot, setting and characters. I can't wait to see how they and there relationships develope. Update soon!! (:

Hey, I read two chapters of your story and it's good. I'm surprised there aren't more comments. I'm sick of all these love stories, yours is different and special. It kind of reminds me of my story except my story is written in first person and it talks more about real life situations before it gets to the weird stuff. Maybe you can check it out. It's on my signature, the story called Extranormal.
But anyway, keep up the good writing. It's really good. Don't stop even though you might not have a lot of comments on here, it's still good. Some people don't know what talent is if you know what I mean. Haha.
