I Can't Hang - Comments

I like the way you write, I can really connect with the protagonist and it makes the story more interesting for me, personally. You also evoke emotion, I feel like I'm living with the characters, feeling as they feel and it helped me get into the story more. I really like the layout, it's really unique. I think you're chapters a of a perfect length, not too long so the reader gets lost, and not too short too bore the reader. The concept is very well thought out and I reall enjoyed this! A great piece of writing, well done!!

You have A LOT of really small sentences, it breaks up the flow of things and doesn't look as good, in my opinion. I like the concept of death and life. Something that stuck out to me was "no religion." Unless this was intentional, it should be "any religion." Anyway, I like the chapter titles, the layout, the concept and the chapter lengths are nice! Keep on writing (:

I didn't really like how informal it was. The line "Anyways, back on topic." really through me off. I don't know why, but I'm just not a fan. I got annoyed with how much he asked questions.
I also think you use ellipses too much.

But, I did like this line: “God help me, I got me a runner" I thought it was funny.

Also, toward the end of the second chapter, there was a lot of dialogue.

Oh, wow, why are there so few comments on this? I enjoyed it. There's something really offbeat about this kind of prose that's really appealing and really weird at the same time, and Brady's death and Kyle's prayer were both touching. I commend you.

First off, let me just say I love the style of your writing. =)
It's like we're inside of his head, liveing... errrr... dying along with him.

"What happens after I died? Would I be an angel in Heaven? Would everything just go black and I’d never make another thought?" <----- I love that line! I used to wonder the exact same thing. in fact, I still do.

And the way you describe what he fet as he died is great. It gives you such a clear picture of everything that happened. I like the way he sees himself laying in the car.

I love this so far! =D

I have to go clean meow. -.- Unfortunately.

Just discovered this! Amazing and original - I will be keeping up with this for sure :)

I just found this, the title caught my attention and the cover art, intrigued me. I can't promise regular comments, but what I've read so far has definitely made me want to read more :).

You have a wonderful balance of humour and serious prose. I really like that.

Oh my god I clicked on this initially because of the banner (which is adorable by the way), and I didn't really know what to expect - just that it involved angels somehow.

Your writing style is so... charismatic. I have no time to read all of it at the moment, but the first chapter hooked me from the very first sentence, and you also have a fantastic grasp of humor. It's wonderful. Subscribing so I can keep track of this to read later :3

Haha. I like Brady. By the way, isn't 'crap' still considered a swear word in which case shouldn't Brady be licking Satan's balls? LOL

awesome...except that people who say "cah" are generally from the New England area, which is northeast.
