Aw, she felt bad about the asshole of a woman leaving. She had no reason to apologize in my opinion, but feeling like she caused a rift in her family is a lot to deal with, so I understand why she would feel the need to apologize.
I'm so glad she can see, though!!!!!!!!!! yay!!!! *happy dance*
And Alex is such a sweetheart. <3

Sequel? Well, I think it depends on where this one leaves off at. You could always do a story focusing on Jack and Kaelee's relationship. But I don't know what you would do with that. Jack and Kaelee already have a pretty good thing going on...

So, my brother and his friend were in the other room while I was reading this, playing video games like all teenage boys do, and when I got to the part where they were being told Kass would get her sight back, my brother and his friend started yelling "YEAHHHH!!!! YESSS, YEAAAAAAA!!!" It was kind of spectacular sound effects.

"I would've been lynched by a mob of mibbans." Yes, yes, you would have. Even I can't imagine killing off a main character. (I do kill off all kinds of characters before the start of a story, though).

Can I murder Kass's mother? Like, for real? That woman pisses me off.
Kass will be able to see!!!!!! *happy dance* I was hoping for that to happen. I actually really like how much you know on the subject of blindness. I've seen stories where they just make the character blind and don't seem to understand much about it. You've obviously done research or have had experience with someone who is/was blind. I appreciate that. And I will be sad to see this story end.
I need to catch up on Retrace anyway. And I can't wait to see what this new idea you have is.

WTF does that mean?! You're driving me insane. Everything just needs to work out. You better not kill off Kass. I'd be upset. I would also, very much, like knowing what is causing all of this mess.
And Kass's mom is about as bad as Jazz's. I want to punch both of them in the face. Just saying.

Of course you can't kill her off. That would upset everyone far too much.
Cat scans suck. They really do. They're not as bad as MRIs though (I fell asleep in the machine one time... But they tried to make me lay there for thirty minutes. I wasn't having that.)
But all medical tests suck (X-rays, MRIs, Cat scans, etc.)
