I love how often you update.
You missed a few words (two or three) in this chapter and the place where Moody's yelling had me confused until I re-read it. Twice. It's not very obvious who he yells at, at first ^^;

I totally love this, it's really awesome! ^^ I was a little bit worried when i read the cousins bit, but it's all good now. And update would be super! Cannot wait for the yule ball bit and the whole starting of the triwizard tournament. Also, you spelt excited wrong. But yeah, totally awesome!!! I've subscribed and i'm waiiitttiiinnnggg!!!

I think Alice forgives him a bit too easily too, though it goes along well with the start of the argument, so that's all good.
I'm not too fond of the place where you step in and tells us what Draco is thinking/why he is behaving that way ("...Draco expected any girl to fall for empty words."); it makes the narrator suddenly very obvious.
