The battle with the blade is one of the hardest battles to fight. It encompasses your whole life an keeps you trapped feeling like there's no way out. I feel that Jazz is still trying to break the bonds that hold her to the blade.

Please don't let her start cutting again.

Wow. That's all I can say. This is amazing because Jazz is none of the things that she feels she is. Whatever happened scarred her deep, literally and emotionally. I think she was raped when she was younger, that would explain the feeling like a whore, the cutting of her private parts (which is just brutal and I can't even imagine how much she must have gone through to do that), and the desire to constantly stay awake. I really want Zack to be there for her and have her open up to him because she can't harbor such a dark secret(what is it) for so long without it effecting her further than it already has. Anyways, I'm excited for the tour. Update soon please!

Holy cheesecake. Jazz needs to stop feeling that she would be abandoned by her friends. If they could/can accept and stand by Neon throughout her anorexia they will stand by her if she decides to tell them about her past. That's what friends are for.

Juliet is her real name, but it reminds her of bad memories, so she renamed herself Jazz?
The thing about cutting her 'private parts' is really horrible. Can't even imagine what she went through that made her feel like that...
I still think she was abused when she was younger, which is really sad.
and she cant sleep cos she has nightmares that remind her of whatever happened. i know how that feels :/
this is so believable, do you research the topics you use in your stories?

I love how the piano, though an inanimate object, is such a strong character in this story. It seems to be what is keeping Jazz alive and fully connected with the world.

Just thinking about a fridge full of energy drinks is enough to make my mouth water.
I used to be addicted to them.

I think Jazz's real name Juliet and she just wanted a new start from whoever she was running from. It sucks that her parents didn't really care about her and are only buying her all this stuff because they want her to hate one another.

That whole energy drink thing makes so much sense because I remember reading in Mixed Feelings of Elation that Neon doubted Jazz got any sleep cause she was so hyper and on energy drinks. And the Juliet thing....is that her real name or a name given to her? Idk, but I'm excited to see where you take this story. Oh, and the whole, her parents trying to win her over and not really talking to her as a child is really sad because there probably are families out there like that. Update soon please!
