I love this! It's hilarious(how many times can you picture Brian 'strutting his stuff'?) and I love how zacky is extremely obnoxious,it's just the icing on the cake for a perfect story :) Im so happy,finally a different story that has an original thought. Okay, time for KnifeMitress's Feedback.

Well, I actually think that I will be getting hooked with this story with a few more chapters. The idea of Zacky being Frankie's neighbor is simple but it is also fresh, which I like a lot because this is not like the typical meeting-at-a-show story. So you can make this work out fine.
I actually have this Love-hate feeling about his attitude. He is such a motherfucker to her, in fact you make the reader feel that hatred for Zachary. I also like your writing style because you express what you want to say in a simple and entertaining way.
Keep doing a great job and update soon. I've just subscribed.
