I adore this story. However, when Genivee is talking to her mother (rebelling, really) they're supposed to be talking in French.
I think the first couple of sentences are, but afterwards it changes to Spanish. I can't remember which chapter it is, but it's fairly early on in the storyJuly 15th, 2011 at 12:05pm -

I love it, love it, love it! I've grown up with the movie Chocolat and my mom is Native American, Spanish, and French. She was also a fabulous baker so I love the details of her love and intuition for baking.
Truly one of the best stories on this site, I love the modern twist that you put on Chocolat! .
I hope you find some inspiration and are able to update soon. I immediately subscribed the second I finished reading.

I absolutely love your writing! You have a certain rhythm and style that I rather enjoyed. I love the effort you put in the meticulous detail and description, both visually or emotionally. It's different from any other avenged fanfics. You seem to make the people like real people rather than the musicians they are known as to the world. They all have their faults and trials and tribulations. Also, I like the fact that you didn't rat out or make out the wives as bitches. It infuriates me when people do that.
