So I have a medal and I'm super cool now? Awesome! Reading ftw! x) Anyways, damn that was a lot of story. But I'm loving rediscovering mibba, including this little gem. Too many thoughts and questions are going on in my head however. So sorry for the sucky comment..
Omg!!! There's only one logical thing to do at this point, and that's to take a break. It's highly unlikely that a pair of fifth years will be wise enough to realize it, but things would be much smoother if they do. I think an important part of relationships that many people neglect is remembering who you are as an individual. If Draco wants to be the Slytherin bully, he has to realize that it comes at the cost of being a good (or even just decent) boyfriend. As for Marie, it's not about love. Draco isn't mature enough to choose love above childishness, showing that boys are very, very, extremely slow in mental growth. The issue isn't her boyfriend vs her House, so much as prioritizing her values and standing up for what she believes in, like she did for Neville. Being with Draco at this stage of his immaturity is condoning his behavior and compromising herself. It's sad what she might have to sacrifice by just being friends with him for a while, but it's definitely what's best for her. She's known it for a while, but whether or not she'll do it is another story. (And realize that her friends make her happier than her boyfriend. That was me a few weeks ago.)
I'm curious as to how you'll develop Hayley as a character. I would probably have to go back a few chapters to get a better grasp on her personality, but there's more than meets the eye and she's still growing. It would be interesting to have a chapter in her point of view.
21 was very sweet, and significant. It made me feel something. I'm not sure if it's remembering to be grateful for the little things for myself, or happy for Addie and proud of her.
Beside the typo or two. This was another good chapter from you. I'm not quite sure how I feel about it. If that makes any sense after my last statement. But I mean as in what it will mean for the story and if her father truly is like that or faking it to use her for something. Who knows. Beside you. Hmm...
Wow, i couldn't even remember much of this.. Had to see the prequel before re-reading this entire thing. But on the bright side, it's as good as ever. This also means I can't remember if I've commented on it probably before. So here goes nothing.
Okay, so I like the writing style of this, there is the occasional typo or missing word, but nothing distracting. The layout is readable. The characters are believable and they interact great with one another. So far the drama hasn't been over the top, but pretty realistic which is a big plus and the events that has happened creates thoughts and wonders for the reader to figure out. Brownie points for that.
So all in all, I (still) really like this story, I'm still subscribed and I hope to read more of this soon or at least sooner than last time.
I am so sad! I read and read and read and now you need to update the awesomest story ever!!! I love the characters and their relationships with each other. Such an amazing story!!!!
