I remember reading this a hella long time ago. I'm excited to start again :D As always, the layout is gorgeous/amazing/wonderful/pretty/lovelylovelylovely. <3
Chapter 1: I love how short your chapters are, but they say so much. Logan seems like such a cutie and he - he's a he, right? xD - seems so dedicated to her. You never see or read about very many dedicated guys this day and age. For some reason, I can see this in a black and white film, with Vivian Leigh - Gone With The Wind, anyone? - as Isobel and Clark Gable as Logan and I can see this being dramatic and beautiful and everyone would cry the second the scene flashed. I. Am. In. Love. <3
Chapter 2: Isobel is one hell of a character. She's feisty and wold and free slightly bipolar - in a sense, LOL! - but I love her so much. She seems so realistic and honestly, she seems like those really cool chicks at school whom everyone doesn't really talk to because they're majorly intimidated by her coolness. Cooooool~ness. Yeah. This chapter was so sweet, how she pulls away and he pulls her back. Awww <3 Oh, and there's a character named Bliss in The Blue Bloods series. And she's from Texas. Only she's not blonde. xD Just sayin'! And did I mention that I love the choppy-ness of the chapters? It adds major character to already lovely characters :3
Chapter 3: If my dad and brother weren't sitting next to me, I'd burst out laughing. Isobel is so cool. Drawing pictures with white out whilst drunk? GENIUS. I love it. A unicorn smoking weed. I lovelovelove it. And Logan is just keepin' his cool. I love this couple so much. It's the whole "I need you/you need me to be happy" sort of thing that alot of authors overuse, but here, it's just so perfect. I love it. <3 And appearances: Isobel sounds like a blonde haired, blue eyed kind of girl and Logan sounds like a dark haired, green eyes kind of guy. Cliche? Yes. Do I still love it? Yes <3
Chapter 4: This chapter. Was amazing. The characters were lovely and the introductions made me LOL. I think that this line was my absolute favorite: I rubbed her back slowly while she let the ghosts fall out of her eyes. Like I said, you have a major way with words and...I love it <3
You need to update this. Now. I love it so much <3

First I have to start of by saying you'd better hope Jen never reads this, so much profanity. Haha but it really adds to the story and the characters and for that I must give you kudos.

    Chapter Three
I could see a beautiful and drunk girl playing with white out as I read this, and when she screamed I could hear it. The details you add to this make it so raw and realistic. She reminds me of a bomb who is ready to blow up at any second. The way this ends is so far from cliche. In so many stories they fight, break up, and the girl leaves. In this they get back to the way things were, I love that.

    “You don’t need me? Bullshit.”

    “It’s not.”

I have to agree with Bella Lupin. this is a very powerful. Isobel so wears the pants in their relationship and they both know it, although he continues to bluff.

    Chapter 4
To me it seems that Isobel controls everything and everyone around her.

“Hey,” I greeted, grinning. “I’m Logan, and the beauty coming over is my girlfriend, Isobel.” I still felt weird introducing myself as her boyfriend even though it had been five months and years of friendship beyond that.

The plain title of 'boyfriend' seems foreign in their relationship, it shows how odd the couple is. There seems to be a settler and a reacher, of course Isobel being the settler and Logan being the reacher. The characters are developing very nicely and I love the story. Update soon!

FML - I just wrote three paragraphs that I accidentally deleted - I'll try to rewrite.
    ffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuu-

Anyway, so, yeah, the simplicity of this story is what really gave it its charm. The fact that it doesn't go into the depths and doesn't display all details only adds to the story. Normally I'd find the lack of details irksome, but not here. That's what makes it so unique and helps the flow so much.

It was the first time I’d ever seen Isobel cry.
This sentence holds a lot of power, because to me it really tells the power she's had over him. And herself. They've known each other for quite a while (at least that's what my gut is telling me), and he's never seen her cry? And he's supposed to be her boyfriend? Wow! That's a great sentence.

    “You don’t need me? Bullshit.”

    “It’s not.”

This too, very powerful. I think that somehow Isobel cares about him, but not at all enough. She cares about herself way more, and she kind of just assums she has a hold over him at all times. Which she most likely has.

All in all, I really liked it. :D

    You amaze me missy. :D
The line about the unicorn in chapter three I believe made me giggle, hehee.<3
There's so much emotion interlaced in this and I just love it<3
You really never cease to amaze me, hehee.

    I noticed you used a new layout/picture;; it's nice. (:
    Hehe, I'm not completely dense. (; <3

I really do love this. :)

The opening had an air of dark humor, with her crushing the cigarette beneath her ballerina flats. Haha. :D

    Very intriguing CH 1, though.

CH 2 You write really, really well in a dude's POV. He seems like an extremely sweet dude, with letting her step all over him and depress him even further...he has a shlt-load of self-control, to say the least...and then he has to put up with these brooding suicidal threats. Pft. Poor guy.

CH 3 Ugh. I don't like Isobel, basically.

CH 4 Don't stop here, damn you.

Finish this. Novel-ize this. I will read it...

    FINISH.

[color=FEAE53] "I wanted to pull away and make sure it wasn’t sweaty, but I was afraid that if I did, she wouldn’t hold it again." This states their relationship. The fact that Isobel could drop him any second and that he is kind of a loyal dog makes me wonder whether or not Isobel could do better. It's sad to say that I am addicted, thanks a lot. Addiction scares me….

I agree with phosphorus skin. The line "Would you live for me, though?" really got to me. So many could say that they could "die" for someone but the question of whether on not they would "live" for someone is a different matter. I really love that you used that, and I really love that you have decided to go make this into a story.

I really love this so much. The style it's written in, with the short, blunt sentences, well, you just do it perfectly. I absolutely adored the first chapter and the image of her putting out her cigarette on her ballet flats. The second I read that, I just instantly fell in love.

As for what they look like, I imagine Logan as the type of guy who looks like he just rolled out of bed, threw on some jeans, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt, but in a good way, you know? It's hard to describe how I imagine Isobel. I kind of see her as the girl with long, brown hair, who's tiny and drowns in long cardigans. That kind of girl, haha.

    Anyway, I can't wait for more. :)

I imagine Isobel as this dark haired, wild-eyed girl. I don't know the details, maybe dark green eyes? I dunno. But this chapter really showed how fast her attitude can change in an argument. I mean, she was screaming, then she's kissing? Wow, bipolar girl here.

What really confused me though, was Logan talking about some guy not coming back. I thought Logan was her boyfriend? Does she love someone else? You've gotta answer these questions - either in this chapter, or in future chapters. It's uber confusing for readers. Though I seriously think that was on purpose, sort of like a thing to pull us in.

    Great update, doll.

you haven't really described either of your characters so I can't really say what I think they look like :(
I love this story though, just needs a little more description and it'll be good.

Both chapters were short, but excellent. I love the fact that the guy was persistant on keeping Isobel. The characters are so real, which makes the story better. Everything about this story is great; I love it!

"Cold eyes dead set on the horizon in front of her, she said, “I already know you would die for me, Logan.” So I'm thinking, wow, this Isobel person is a real stuck up hardass. I can already tell this is gonna be about her turning soft. Continue to:

“Would you live for me, though?” and BAM, now I'm lost again and suddenly this person isn't such a diluted outcast anymore. She's smart, cryptic, maybe go as far as to say disturbed to a certain extent. Just maybe.

From the first chapter, the drabble, you can make a lot of assumptions. But they probably won't be right. Because then,

"It was getting harder and harder to make the long journey back to her, bruised and jaded.....I feared that it would one day become impossible." My absolute favorite lines from the chapter. They breathe so much life into the story and it's beautiful.

So, basically, love it. You have a pretty, sophisticated writing style.
