Great story but you need to separate the conversation from the rest of the paragraph. For example:
The bunny ran down the street and saw his friend Mr.wolf.
"Hi Mr. Wolf!" The bunny called
"Hello Bunny!" Mr. Wolf answered

Something like that, because it gets confusing. And instead of typing a big block why don't you separate it a bit?
