I'm so upset with Zack right now! Like I get how hard it is for him to not know...but he needs to trust HER to tell him when she's READY. Him threatening to leave and finally leaving isn't going to make her feel secure in the relationship. Him pulling back and closing off from her isn't going to make her feel anymore secure in their relationship. How is she supposed to trust him to not leave her if she tells him she's pregnant when he leaves her for taking time to come to terms with it herself? Especially since all he's told her is he's not ready for kids. I think she's being cowardly, but I don't really blame her. And he's a jerk for leaving while she was trying to tell him. She finally tries to talk and he just interrupts her and says he doesn't want to hear it.
