Hey I want to say good for you for getting fed up with other people telling you how to write your story. I like how the story has gone, but if you aren't happy with it, well that is all that really matters. Let the characters take you where they want to go, not where the readers wan them to go. Sometimes the best written stories are good because the characters do the unexpected and shock the readers. Keep up with writing, you're really going somewhere!

I think if it's be better if you brought Tom back. Because everytime he was in the story, there was always a big blow up. WIth Amanda like MyBreakdown there was jealousy. Plus, in my opinion, I prefer the story without Amanda, because I hate her fictional guts :D. But it's your call.

I know this isnt my story, but i think it'd be more intresting and everything,if Tom came back. i mean with Amanda there was only jealously. With Tom there was so much more, and I think it'd flip the whole story upside down for the good. But its not my descison.

I love the story the way you wrote it! Regarding Tom you could write that he faked his own dead and went to Europe to get a new life or something... I wouldn't like the idea of Riley marring Amanda.... Lola doesn't deserve all that suffering because her live have been so difficult and adding Riley marring that..., Amanda would make it worst for her. She deserves to be happy and be a famous author in the sequel! =D

Well, you can't bring Tom back from the dead and I think it was time for him to die. Considering what he went through and the kind of things he was addicted to as well.
Although you think your story is great, I don't want you to change anything about it. I love it the way it is. I think it's perfect. Changing would make it just i don't know, imperfect? In way?
You don't sound bitchy, but yes, I think Lola should(in the sequel) be a published author with a five year old kid.
