31- … Nika you're the one who rejected HIM, stop playing the victim!!! @.@ Everyone's all "Poor Nika, Gallagher's such an donkey!" No. Just Hell no. Nika's the one who ran, he's always been running close enough for Gallagher to almost reach but then he always prances away before Gallagher can grab him. Nika's the tease. Not Gallagher.

32- Oh Gallagher… Catch that little butterfly. Stupid security. Does he honestly look like he's a threat? Okay so he's like a bulldozer when he's determined but still! Granny Cara is now my third favorite character (and she only appears that once). My list goes from Gallagher to Tyki to Granny C and then skip a few and there you'll find Nika :P

33- No stfu Nika. Stop talking and for goodness sake stop crying >:| I have another song for this chapter when Tanya told Nika that if it was meant to be it will be.

35- So Nika can dance ballet with the best of them and he can carve bamboo into surf boards. Wonderful. Something tells me we're not in Hawaii anymore timcanpy. It's interesting on how the roles have been switched. How Nika's more sure of himself not that he's on his home turf and Gallagher's the one who's uncertain. I'm interested in the scar on his neck not going to lie. I'm also surprised on how Gallagher's best friend has ditched him to support a guy he barely knows. And Nika has interesting kitty names x) They're probably the only things I like about him right now.

Okay this is bugging me like no tomorrow. Nika's going on and on about how Gallagher betrayed him one too many times, but the way I see it, in order for any relationship to work both sides have to give a little. All Nika's done is take and take, and he can't give just a little bit for Gallagher? The boy who's taught him how to swim? The boy who's done all he can to make him happy? The boy who made the mistake of asking Nika to make it official that their feelings are more than just words? Does he have any idea of how him rejecting Gallagher hurt not only his pride but his heart too? I don't think he even considered that. He's too caught up in his own world where it's all about him, screw everyone else...

Well this ends my little commenting frenzy. two settings and 35 chapters worth of reading+comments :) Despite my growing dislike for Nika I want to see Gallagher happy so I'll be reading the sequel as soon as it's done and doing the same thing I did with this one x) Love you guys!!!

21- first part made me smile like an idiot. Interesting link… o.O Stupid horror movies go die in a hole. Awwww Gallagher's such a softie :)

22- hm… Gallagher don't screw this up please I'm begging you… :( For some reason I get the feeling that this is one of those: don't know what you have until it's gone kind of stories… just a hunch

23- oh how I wish i could swear in spanish but the only thing I know that even sounds remotely like an insult is "Tu perro!!! Tus un mucho malo perro!" which only translates to "you dog! You're a very bad dog!" :/ One question: Nika had a birthday where his dad was there? When was that? And yea Grease for me is like hot tea for someone else

24- To have such a wet dream and then get bitched out by you're half-brother, almost lover's best friend the next… I'd pass out too

25- One of my favorite quotes ever! I don't like broken Nika :( Sends narwals after Gallagher. Kill him- okay don't kill him but do some serious damage. It always sucks when you can't bring yourself to hate the one you love -_- There's a really good song I could put on here but being as it's a comment it wouldn't show up as a link so forget it

27- okay I have to say there are a lot of memorable quotes in this x) Loved Tyki's "Dude, just jack off. You’re a guy, that shit’s hardwired in our brains". And I take back my no comment on chapter 26. As long as he makes you happy then who am I to judge. Just don't come crying if/ when he hurts you again. *Recalls narwals*

28- okay now I'm sitting on the fence with one foot touching the ground on Gallagher's side. I mean I can understand Nika's reluctance but like Gallagher's said he hasn't made Nika do anything… In fact he's been quiet lenient considering his personality

29- Not like it's a bad thing but Nika's really weak. He cries easily, and with his whole being. He also always thinks he wants something but then when it actually happens he's overly cautious of taking it. Probably cause he's afraid of getting hurt but I've never read a story where the main character cries so much. Just throwing that out there. And the splinter Nika got when climbing onto the dock sounds more like a sharpened spear. Back to Russia? He's leaving? I feel as if it's the ending to Lord of the Flies all over again… Everything's way too convenient but I was wondering when his mom would be coming back into the picture. And I disagree with MyCornerOfTheWoods. Nika's the overdramatic one.

30- I've jumped off the fence and am now TEAM GALLAGHER. Screw Nika. >:( Nika's the one who knew he was playing with fire. At the beginning of the story I was on Nika's side but Nika's inability to figure out what he wants has forced me to change sides. Go Gallagher, go get that idiotic boy who gave you his heart and ruthlessly stole both of yours when he left

11-20 Chapter comments

eleven- now I feel as if I should start using Nika's other pet names just cause it has such a bad history with it, but I like the way it sounds :/ anyway, back to reading! *second later* HE THREW THE FREAKING NECKLACE IN THE WATER?!?!?! WTH >:( so Nika's a carver :) glad he has something he's good at

twelve- Well someone's Mr. Wonderful. Surfer, second in command, gorgeous looks, heartbreaker than breaks hearts but is forgiven, rich, can hold his liquor, secret singer/ guitar player, is there anything he's not? Woo for him for caving into his guilt :D P.S great song . The verse "If the whole world told me to disappear, could I fall right next to you" makes me think of Nika and Gallagher's slowly blooming relationship

thirteen- Gallagher you should've known he'd notice :P With that said I'm glad he didn't.

fourteen- Ohho! the things alcohol will bring out in a person >:) This'll probably get answered in the next chapter but I'm gonna ask it anyway: Did Nika run cause he realized he was kissing his half brother or cause of the alcohol? And yes Gallagher, if you play the devil's game there's going to be hell to pay :)

fifteen- ah he ran because he's confused about the feelings he's feeling. All very understandable <:)

sixteen- Gallagher drank shampoo once when he was drunk? On a dare or cause he mistook it for a bottle of alcohol I can't help but wonder o.O haha on to plan B little Gallagher, but do you honestly think you can win? Adorable party scene x)

seventeen- Oh Timcanpy ^.^ another favorite line: "I could still feel the liquid courage singing in my veins as this happened." Gallagher I will never forgive you. You've corrupted Nika :'( But it takes two to tango as they say. So you better not make Nika cry or I'm going to be very upset. Upset enough to send my flying narwals after you

eighteen- I like taking pills with water… that's who. Finally a good use for those tanned and toned surfer muscles ;) He called him 'Kola'!

nineteen- I usually hate reading text talks but this one flowed really smoothly that I didn't even really notice it B) Nika, don't worry! Gallagher will teach you everything you need to know -.O And third favorite sentence: “Eto glupo i pryeimushchestvennoe—vozmozhno, dazhe prezhdevremenno—skazatʹ , no ya dumayu, ya mogu lyubitʹ tebya”

twenty- aw top cutest chapters hands down :) tsk tsk Gallagher, you're being naughty. But who cares :P

1-10 Chapter comments (written as I read :P )

one- Nika's past seems very… grey. There's some black and white spaces but there's a lot that makes one wonder. Is/Was the man Nika's mom fighting with his step dad or his actual father? And ice cream with sauce that tastes like stale chocolate sauce :(

two- haha Gallagher seems like a lot of fun. Very much so a flirt but hey, life is short so he's living it up. And he's quiet smart too, having his girl fans wax his board for him xP

three- yea for schoolgirl Lolita outfits XD That being said that's an interesting dream… And Gallagher's dad- and Nika's- sounds very rich o.O Private island= win! just my opinion but Nika Kirov sounds way better than Nika Ronan :)

four- ouch… Gallagher's a bit blunt when he's startled. And while I feel bad for Nika I find it kind of cute <:) Then again Gallagher's reaction is appropriate, I mean I'd probably freak if my mom came home with a sibling I never knew I had… I think Gallagher is more like his dad than he'd like to think

five- :( I want to hug Nika. Hug him and never let go. I kind of want to shove a pie in Gallagher's face, no lie

six- Gallagher… Do you have no limits to the harsh things you say? Timcanpy! Kitten <3 :D And my my someone can hold a grudge (course that's being said from a single child who got two kittens after a lot of tears ;P )

seven- I've now come to the conclusion that Gallagher is like his father with his sex drive, but that his attitude is similar to Nika's. And by that I mean that both of the them are going about their different ways of dealing with the sudden "You have a brother!" situation, but that their goal to not let it get them down are the same :D So they have something in common. Scratch that they have two, they both like/ love kittens ^.^ Mahi and Tyki sound like the kind of people I'd wish I could hang out it. Cosplayers!!!

eight- lmao a cat maid outfit too?! *nosebleed* hehe Gallagher you're unconsciously into kink, admit it >:) Yey for Gallagher not being a meanie

nine- Nika in a cat costume, on a leash, in public xD 'Abracadabra' dance? so Gallagher's mom is dead and Nika's the illegitimate child of the mistress… guess I'd be pretty pissed too (but I'd like to think I wouldn't treat the kid like crap). It was funny when I clicked on the link at the bottom to listen to the dance and up popped a commercial for Progressive.com and Flo was doing some weird dance and at first I thought that was the dance >.< then the actual video came up)

ten- Nika's panic attack kind of makes me think of him as an actual cat. Like when you grab them by the scruff of their neck and they relax almost instantly? Well with Nika you just have to rub his back in that certain way and it kind of does the same thing. Just a thought. Haha Gallagher :P it's always in the last place you'd think to look. Always. End of story.
----Corrections: “Oh my gosh, what if *I* loose Canny-poo, oh my gosh.” or “Oh my gosh, what if Canny-poo's lost/ loose, oh my gosh.” (I don't know it just doesn't flow right, of course when one's panicking they don't really make sense when they talk cause they're too busy panicking so…)

So I'm finally reading this and right now I'm rereading the first couple of chapters cause I need to refresh my memory. Later tonight I'm going to try to finish it int a second sitting so expect another comment soon :). Or two or three ;D

I have to say my favorite right now is... Nika ^.^. He's so huggable, he makes me think of a plushy elephant I found in one of those claw games when I was little... love it so far though!!!
