Meebz actually sent me a notification when this was updated, but I didn't have time to read it. I'll take advantage of the time that I have now, though, to read this masterpiece :D Anyways, I like how Mary Jane knows about her mother's, er, "grocery store" deal, but doesn't say anything. I won't lie, this line made me laugh: ...it was sometime between buying sexier underwear and smiling like a fool every time she got a text. Snort. She knowsssss. I wonder where you're going to take this, now that we know that her mum is having an affair. I also like the adorable relationship that Mary Jane and her sister have. It's very sweet. (: What a cute little chapter this was! I'm very excited to read the rest of this <333

Your writing beats my amateur ways.

Your characters are very depth, and you're writing is just plain brilliant. I fell like I'm reading this book from Barnes and Nobles. lol.

It's not cliche yet not overly realistic which makes it highly entertaining.

I love how this isnt another one of those stories about how a good looking guy and a beautiful girl lock eyes from across the room and fall madly in love with each other... haha...

This made me laugh because it's how my boyfriend and I met.... I was sick all over his arm because I drank too much....

Back to the story though... I love Mary Jane, She's so quirky and I'm already attached to her :) can't wait to see what happens with her and Chase =D

You and your quirky characters make mine look pale, Jazzy! They're so beautiful and imperfect and I love them so much :D That dude seems like such a...I dunno, loser isn't a good word; he's those good kind of losers, that are sweet, but not jerky. I likes him lots. And Mary Jane pukes on his shoes. Classy, girly, reaaaaaly classy. xD That's what you get for drinking your ass off! I still like her though, lol! And this guy is such a sweetheart, even if she puked on his shoes. Snort. I legit lol'd when she introduced herself as I’m Mary Jane, you know, like marijuana and when he introduced himself as I’m Chase, like…the credit card. LOL I LOVE THEM. The title is just amazing. I love stories that have titles named after their characters, I find it...well, eye catching c:

The layout is simple yet beautiful. I love how the banner contrasts with the black and white. It wasn't hard to read. I temd to be one of those judgemental losers that judge a story by its layout but yours caught my eye definitely.

I love the introduction line (: Mary Jane sounds like a certain friend I have though she doesn't wear as dark/bright lipstick like Mary Jane. I love characters that are different from the everyday people you see walking on the streets.

I adore putting flowers in my hair aha. They're such a cute accessory. I adore how you describe her like spring since its my favorite season <3

For one, I'm subscribing for sure (: I want to know more about Mary Jane, I want to know why she's a freak. In my opinion, I don't think she's a freak at all; just unique aha (:

Okay, I totally have to do this assignment, but I'm taking a minute break, so I decided that I'd give you a little review of this lovely piece <3 First of all, your layouts are bomb. Jus' sayin'. Legit, though. Your layouts are simple, but very, very pretty :3 Second of all, this prologue. I can't even find a word that describes it. There has to be a single, definite word that should make up all of my love of your stories because no amount of other words could be put together to describe that love. It's just....so beautiful. It's as if you don't even have to try to make anything great. It just happens. Anyways, I already like - no, love - Mary Jane. Honestly, I don't happen to think that she's a freak. She's cool and I love her :3 Why? Because Valium is pretty boss, though detrimental for one's health; and yeah, I know I sound like a total druggie, but I'm not, I promise xD Valium does wonders once a year, bahaha! Anyways, because heart shaped things are lovely as well. Because education about the difference between sirens and mermaids is too. That's actually a pretty cool thing to know about :3 I need to research that. Because the flowers and greens and colors is just beautiful. Because tangled brown hair is always so indie and I love it. I've just read your other story, Running Water, and I must say, you have an absolutely brilliant way of writing.
I love how the intro is so short on this one, and I believe it brings in more wanting to know what the story is about.
Can't wait for the second chapter.
