Lani u r overreacting and being a hypocritical bitch right now yes Alex rejected u for the sake of ur brother not telling the family becuz if ur family knew I'm sure they would send Alex to jail and send u away somewhere else and yes he slept with Melissa but he obviously was forced and didn't enjoy it but u went on a date with Connor someone u kno tht Alex doesn't like and now u r using Connor to spite Alex for what he has done, now Melissa no one likes a clingy ex so back the fuck off and find someone new I mean it shouldn't be tht hard to find a new one since all these boys were approaching u when u was dating Alex so it shouldn't change and Alex let her kno it's over becuz she doesn't seem to get it, can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

Wow melissa just can't understand that alex doesn't want anything with her. Lani can be a little bit of a hypocrite about alex not telling her about melissa when she is doing the same thing with connor. I get it that she feels betrayed after what happened with her and alex but she has to understand what would have happened if matt told the rest of the family about them. I feel like she's going to make a big mistake with connor later on.

Hi, so I'm really kinda brain fucked right now and after I explain you will understand too...
But first off, sorry for the delayed comment. Some shit happened.
So you know how in this chapter Conner talks about having a friend who is always happy and "life of the party" on the outside but on the inside they are suffering?
Well that pretty much describes one of my best friends named Andy. A little back story, my friend and I started a local venue we call "Mashed Potato Puppy Dome" (Andy of all people thought of it!). Anyways it's basically a three story house that we have soundproofed to have punk and indie shows at. Well a couple weeks ago we had a concert and my friend Andy does all the sound. He always gets super drunk and parties hard and has a good time. He's currently homeless and jobless due to troubles with alcohol but we all take care of him and try to make him feel better and get him on his feet. Anyways during the last set he goes missing. It's pretty normal for him to do this btw.
Anyways long story short, he tried to hang himself that night in the backyard. I thank every god in the universe though that the rope broke and we found him in the morning.
I'm sorry I'm putting this all here (maybe it's cause I don't really get to talk about this since everyone is staying hush hush). Just when I read that part it really kinda surprised me and actually made me feel better somehow. It's weird I know and you probably think this is weird but wow I love this chapter and I really hope that character gets help.
Btw Andy is currently going to therapy. We used the money we earned from that night towards that. That's all he would really let us help him with. So far he seems better.

I feel bad about alex with his brother putting so much pressure on him about getting back together with melissa. He doesn't love her anymore and i just want to tell his brother to back off and to mind his own business about what happened with alex and melissa. I wonder what will happen now that his brothers are leaving.

Nooo, not my head. My heart. I feel every single thing Lani is feeling because you're so fantastic at writing emotions and it makes my poor heart hurt as I'm reading. I want Lani and Alex to work out but I also realize that's slightly unrealistic, but then I'm all like, "IT'S FICTION, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. HAPPY ENDINGS CAN HAPPEN." and then I get bummed again when I think about everything that's all wrong right now and sigh. You're just so good at what you do, that's why my heart hurts. I love this story.

She just bothers me like I get it she wants an explanation on y Alex broke up with her but for her to force her kisses on him and beggin him to stay in her house to end up having sex with him seems sneaky to me like just accept the break up like she had said all the boys r noticing her so there shouldn't be a problem finding another boyfriend right??
