I've only read the first chapter so far, but I love this story! I love darker themes; happy endings are overrated anyway. And your banner is just gorgeous.

I think Zacky needs to realize if he's angry he should go to the gym and use and abuse a punching bag or maybe install one in the house and then see a therapist. Either that or she needs to run away because he may either do a suicide-murder thing because he's too protective or, I hate to say it, I can see her killing herself if it becomes too much and then Zacky will because of the guilt.
I think it's too late for her, she should have gotten out when she had the chance, she's in for the long run now. Not only did she hurt herself further but also Dusty, lets be honest we all love Zacky but he screwed up and she should have stayed in North Dakota. No matter how bad she felt leaving him, as she admitted, he ruined their relationship.

I'm glad tht Zacky is willing to change but he needs to also have self control in order for his change to be successful becuz honestly he has a fucked up temper, can't wait to read more update as soon as u can oh and welcome back :)

Welcome back!...haha. Glad for the udpate. Such a different way for Zacky to act, and even though he's trying, he still needs to learn patience. That will be the only way for him to really change. I still feel that he has a chance to change, but that's just me. I'm very intrigued with how this will end and I'm looking forward to finishing reading it when you are done writing it. :D Looking forward to more!

This is certainly a different tune for Zacky... Him trying to be nice and all.
I'm very intrigued by how this story will end.. Will he kill her so she can only be his, possible Murder-Suicide, or will he kill himself so she can be free, or will she kill him in self-defence, or will he somehow change? So many variables...
Glad you're writing this story again! I've always liked their tortured tale!

I honestly get so excited when you update this story! The combination of my wanting Zack to change and wanting Kayla to be happy is so gripping. I love this story! :)

I wonder why Zacky is like that.
At first he is calm and nice to hang out with but as time goes on, he gets angry and so violent.
I am thinking that something happened to him to cause him to be like that.
And Kayla learns that Zacky did the same thing to Matt's sister but it was a bit worse and Amy ran away from Zacky.

I don't what to think about this chapter but all I can say is hopefulky Zacky and Kayla can work out their problems and hopefully Zacky goes to anger management class if they want this relationship to work...love the new layout it's really awesome...can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)

I was a bit confused about the new yet awesome banner but once I read the author's note, I fully understand now.
So Zacky was trying to push Kayla away because he knows he is not good for her at all, he nearly killed her and he doesn't want to hurt her anymore.
He really had a bad few weeks when Kayla left for North Dakota.
Hopefully Kayla can stay true to her words and not run away anymore.
