Like a Crash the Whole Thing Spun Out of Control - Comments

I've never listened to The Maine, let alone read a fanfic so this was new for me and I have to say I like the story. It uses good grammar and is well written. I like the little bit of humor you did add to the story as well. I'm not very far into the story either. I'm on like chapter 4...

First off let me just say that any John Ohh story is awesome in my book! I started reading this story when it first came out and then I quit using minna for a little while and I could find it anymore. I am so glad that I was able to find this great story due to comment swap! I love the way Harlow interacts with the guys and just her personality :) this story is great and deserves a lot more credit! I can't wait for the next update!!!

I have a feeling Garrett was outside the bathroom...anyways, I really enjoyed the update and can't wait for the next one! I think I'll actually go check out The Maine and see if I like any of their music

I think Harlow not eating is something that stems from the incident with Aaron, so you can tell it still very much bothers her along with the pervious chapters. I love the humor you put into the chapters too, aha. And I wonder what's gonna happen when Harlow talks to Garrett again. I do have a question, though..
Is there going to be more between John and Harlow soon?
And I hope things get better with Caillen soon..

OHMYGOD. Lemme just say first that I LOVE your layout. LOVE it. Like, severely adore it. It's beautiful.

As for the actual story, I love that too! I'm not familiar with the fandom, but I could follow it well enough without having to do a lot of research, which is something I really like about good fanfics.

Your writing style is not one I usually like, but something about the way you do it makes me really want to keep reading. It's a lot of dialogue, but it works with the mood and plot.

There were only a few very minor grammatical errors, but nothing big enough to be distracting.

Again, I love your layout and plot and I can't wait to read more!

So I just ended up reading the rest of this, and I must say I really enjoy it. I'm worried about Harlow not eating. I also love the humor you use in here. There were several parts you had me laughing! Anyways, even though I have no idea who most of the people in this story are, I'm going to subscribe and I hope you update soon!

Harlow is awesome I love her spunk and carismic attitude. :) Alex is pretty awesome too. Well hell they are all awesome. And like that one person said avenged sevenfold fanfics is all I ever read anymore but I had to try something different. And well this is very different keep up the good writing and update soon ok I wanna read more. :)

Your layout for this story is super gorgeous, good job with it. I keep being led to Fan Fictions where I have no prior knowledge to the musicians, but some surprise me, like yours. The introduction was very well written, as well as the lead in to all of the characters. And it was interesting how your OC already had background with John, instead of starting off with little to none whatsoever. Unlike any of the other The Maine fics I've been told to read, this one actually had a chokehold on my attention even though I'm not font of the band :)

Your writing is really clear and not too confusing, I could catch on. I like the way you started the story, because I sometimes struggle with that part. Great job! Great layout too by the way.

This story is good. The layout was pretty neat. I adore the picture you used. The Maine just so happens to be one of my favorite bands. And the feelings that Harlow is feeling in the first chapter made me cringe. I detest rape, but I love how you made it appear in the story as something John sort of dismissed.

I love how you combined the dialogue and detail together. It makes the story flow so well. I can't wait to finish this story. It's actually really good.

I am in love with this story. The way it flows is just so beautiful and your scene changes aren't tense at all like most stories tend to be. At first, I thought it was going to be an All Time Low fic, but once I started reading I just couldn't stop. This is really good, keep it up c:

I love the layout, although the text is sort of small for me and caused me to have a slight headache at the start of reading this story. And it's so well planned out and written, I seriously can not wait for the next update. Your characters are so well filled out and I love the humour that is used through out the story.

I love how Comment Swap is leading me to stories I would actually read, and I love me some John. <3 First of all, superb layout. The colors are gorgeous. And a lot of people forget a lot of work and thought goes into a layout, and it clearly shows here. Good job. Also, I love the little quotes in the chapter info because they make me actually want to read the chapter. Your writing is nearly flawless, your spelling and grammar down pat. I love that. And you're moving the story along at a good pace. I adore the way you present your characters, making them seem like believable and real people.

Originally, I figured this would be an All Time Low story, based on the title. When I found out it was a John O'Callaghan story, I was definitely stoked. I love John and I love Garrett just as much so the fact that he's so much a part of this is great. The mention of Tybee Island is great. It makes me happy when people mention places in stories that I can recognize.

Now, your writing is amazing. I absolutely love it and Harlow's awesome. I'm stoked to read more, definitely subscribing. Keep up the awesome work! :)
