I was impressed and appreciative of my brothers going the extra mile to try and cover for Leanne and I by taking us back to my place so we could change our clothes and clean up our bloody knuckles.

I also like how Jordan only had to hear the injury list to deduce that we'd been arrested.

As for James? I feel bad that his wife is such a whore, but he's better off, and at least he found out before there were any kids involved.

And I'm with fictional me... he can stay at ours as long as he likes. Besides... now that we've sorted out that business with my name and all... I don't mind having him around.

I mean... that... that thing is her sister. And not just sister, but her twin sister. I mean... just Jesus Christ... as if having a shitty bio-mom wasn't bad enough, now she finds out she's related to the dirty whore that is, literally, this close >< to getting her ass kicked by me for putting her dirty, grimy paws all over my husband.

Not gonna lie... I feel a little guilty for not being there for Summer like I promised I would be. Well...

I loved it, as usual.

Particularly the point where my parents and Matt got those pissy looks on their faces when he and I started getting her ready to leave.

I don't know what the fuck they were expecting. I just yelled at both our mothers for hounding me to let one of her sets of grandparents keep her, they can't have possibly thought that I would change my mind about that in the span of a day or two.

Besides, even if I did, hell would have to freeze over and thaw out before Matt would allow that one. Clearly someone is well on her way to being a Daddy's girl.

And as for the main subject of this one... Go Leanne for not letting incubator make excuses.

I loved it... well them, but you know what I meant.

Seriously. They were fucking fantastic. I especially loved how right I was about me and Matt being ridiculously overprotective of Laila. I mean, not that you can blame us really, but our poor parents. Judging from the second of the two updates it seems as though we're reluctant to even let anyone hold her, she'll probably be a year old before anyone is allowed to keep her overnight. Lol.

I think what's worst is I get the feeling it won't even be any of her grandparents that get to keep her first.

But really... our parents are just gonna have to live with only seeing her with us present because she's our teeny, tiny little baby.

Matt was so fucking adorably sweet and worried and just yeahh. It was awesomee. Totally makes up for him being such a douche in BTY, fer seriousness.

It does sorta suck that I went into labor two months early, buuut at least its way more than a little obvious that Matt is gonna be there no matter what. Not that anyone with half a brain thought he wouldn't be anyway... but yeahh. It's still kinda really reassuring in that situation.

Laila is gonna be one of those babies that isn't happy unless she's being held or cuddled, and its gonna be all mine and Matt's fault. Loll. It's cool though... she's so itty bitty we aren't gonna be able to help it.

I'll be shocked if either one of us gets much sleep once we get home... our paranoid asses are gonna be watching her like a hawk making sure she's still breathing and all that good stuff... I already know it. And when people come over and ask if the baby is keeping us up we're gonna avoid eye contact and be all 'Yeah, yeah... the baby... that's what it is. We're not overly concerned and paranoid to the point of near insanity'... hope the grandparents don't want her for an overnight stay anytime soon... because they're probably gonna have to pry her from our cold dead hands if that's the case, Lol.
