Why thank you! It's a little short cause I wrote it as a class assignment back in high school and haven't really looked back at it, I might in the future, you never know :p

I must admit the length of the first paragraph almost turned me off of reading this, but I'm glad it didn't! Even though the chapters are sometimes a little lengthy and it becomes overwhelming, I think it is quite the endjoyable read! I really like that Ares only thinks good things about Aella, even though his parents are talking about how she is just a mortal and is nothing like them. He doesn't think of her that way and just thinks she is a good person. Whenever she got hurt, I felt so bad for him because he was so worried! It was so sad how he kept begging her not to leave him ):

This is quite interesting. Ares and Aella are quite an interesting pair, especially since he's god of war.

Ok so I really liked that this was an original idea.
I also loved how you made Ares quite gentle in his approach compared to his usual traits. He showed quite a lot of restraint, which made a nice change.
I know you plan on writing more to this/a sequel, which is a brilliant idea.

p.s - I love who you got to 'play' Ares :)

Do not be discouraged! People overlook stories that don't involve Avenged Sevenfold, Jo-Bros, or MCR. This story is really good so far. It's highly original and a pretty good idea, too. The layout picture freaks me out a lil' bit, but other than that it's very nice and a pretty good read. Keep up the good work! =)
