  • Seriously, I can't get enough of this story! You could feel the heartbreak that Lavin is going through in the latest chapter - not just from her dads death but also because she can't be with Harry. Can't wait for more!

  • I feel for Lavin. I couldn't even imagine what she is going through! I'm hoping Harry will think of something, someway that they can be together! Can't wait for the next chapter!

  • That was so terribly sad! I'm sitting at the kitchen table trying not to cry! It's awful that Lavin had to lose her father, because I cannot even comprehend how difficult this would all be for her. Losing her father and having to be thrust into the role as Queen on top of the tumultuous relationship she has with Harry. I adore reading your story, and I hope that Harry will be able to find a way around all of their rules and difficulties so that he and Lavin can be together! Can't wait for your next chapter!

  • I feel so utterly bad and full of chagrin right now, coming back from a holiday and eagerly seeing that my notifications are wonderously alive and vibrant, then seeing the little message that has left me very guilt ridden.

With that I then throughly looked at my subscriptions to see that you had updated a grand total of 4 times while i was enjoying a 'old school' holiday (no technology! eek!) and felt terrible that I wasn't supporting you and leaving lengthy (terribly boring) reviews.

So I have read the 4 chapters that I have missed and now I will proceed to convey my thoughts to you in a very poor attempt to somehow fix the damage in a very belated review.

I always enjoy reading your writing, this time was no exception-the way you conveyed the awkward tension of Harry and Lavin made me feel intrusive and rude in reading about their relationship ( sometimes I forget that this story is fiction....) and I was ecstatic she started being all affectionate with him again, all of the troubles and complications of the situation of their relationship aside and all- it made swoon so much, then the little humorous line about Ben planning to knock Harry off his horse REALLY made my day.

    Mr. Green

(If you make it past here- congratulations for withstanding the urge to clobber your device of viewing due to the amount of babble and inconsistent use of grammar and punctuation.)

The Polo Match! I was really looking forward to the polo match, which was a surprise (since I never even perked an interest in the sport) but this was a smashing chapter!
I loved the little smug look that Lavinia gave to Harry, with her mallet over her shoulder- I can picture the scene with much enjoyment (I can almost see her sticking her nose in the air with a look of pure smugness, but that's not really in Lavin's character - to my judgement).

Of course Lavin, a diplomatic and regal woman, she thanks the 'Number Four' for equally treating her as if she was just another player, which makes me very envious to why I can't possess some of her qualities.

Why must you make Fred stricken with illness! Why! (rhetorical...) Just when things were somewhat okay again- something happens, oh poo.
I was actually thankful that the next chapter was already published when Fred collapsed-( I love but am too impatient to stand cliffhangers and tension..)
    Cool

I will conclude this montrosity as soon as I can ( dying latop battery! eek!) and view my thoughts and exclamations on the remaining chapters.....

    *phewww.

Well- Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas ( Feel free to substitute your choice of holiday) and Happy New Year! Hope your life is exceedingly well and merry for you and stay safe!.

I'll just awkwardly conclude by pressing the submit button....

    Very Happy Very Happy

  • Oh no :S I had a terrible feeling that after something so wonderful as Lavin deciding that she was going to make being with Harry work something absolutely dreadful would happen! I hope her father's okay, and I can't wait for the next chapter to see what will happen next!

  • Another chapter! Whoopie! :D *Waves
What I really liked about this chapter was how it was split into different perspectives, it's absolutley splendid to hear from Ben, Alex and Will!
What leaves me tingling is reading the vivid descriptions of your character'behaviour- 'specially Harry in this chapter, in his distraught manner- pleading to Will.

I love the little things you include in your stories, the seemingly insignificant things- such as the throw that Kate's grandmother had knitted or the cake that Camilla decorated ( 'off with the ginger's head!)- it makes your stories and characters more alive, vibrant and interactive- and makes me a sentimental goopy sap :P.

Another great chapter! Some questions! Do you actually edit and revise your work extensively before uploading? Do you suffer from writer's block and do you think of a good plot/idea but when actually writing it out it sounds terrible...... You can see how much i write from my atrocious sentence structure and grammar.....

    Australians don't really do Halloween.....
(*peeps out window to a dismal amount of prepubescent teenagers in shrude costumes at the door)
But I hope you had a good one! (If you still trick-or-treat?)

  • Yet another painful reminder of Lavinia's and Harry's turmoil..... The star-crossed lovers.....Such a shame about her father! I really do hope he pulls through well and all.

Haha- I can relate to Alex, my finals are coming up ( we are studying Romeo and Juliet...:P).

You can't help but bite your quivering lips and widen your eyes as you read this- it was really moving and intense when Lavinia saw Marjun's father- (actually it reminds me in your first story- how in the cafe she sees a ginger haired boy...) and it paints the false illusion of their relationship- the happy ending with the little child and the amorous afection, something that is a reminder for Lavinia....

It was pretty swell how you snuck that tabloid in.... Lavinia's remark! Oil prices raising! I actually quite like her car, though I do prefer Volkswagen Beetles......

Also, glad to see Lavinia's not neglecting royal duties! I think you depicted the whole scene quite realistically- with the immense crowds, the exuberant people- Royal families must get that alot ( and flowers!).

Well, to stuff this in a sock- this was a superb chapter, very well crafted and oh! I hope you don't mind me asking but what are your thoughts on the term 'snogging'? Distasteful? Sweet? Just another strange English term?....
