I usually don't, but I love your short chapters, it makes me want to read more! lol
Also, I'd thought I'd let you know that I don't read original FF's on here unless their fantasy or something but for some reason I just can't stop reading this story Can't wait for more updates!
Sorry, I'm having to comment from my phone, which causes difficulties lie premature postage of comments :/
I was on Bridget. To me, something about Bridgit just seems off. She can be inconsiderate, and while it sometimes feels accidental, other times I wonder if she's doing it on purpose. Aurora I dislike for the obvious reasons. We haven't seen an abundance of her yet, so maybe she gets better. Strangely enough, her redeeming feature to my mind was the way she acted in front if Mal. I would think that someone like her would be more subtle, but I guess she's breaking stereotypes. I appreciate that she isn't hiding her nature from him. Shame she's a bitch.
I don't really understand Lucy's dad. It's clear that he's an overachiever, and expects the same from his daughter, but I still don't get the motivations behind his behaviour. Like, setting his daughter up with dates. What? Why? Let her study, if you want her to study!!!
My favourite moments in the story were (moment number one) when Bridget and Lucy are talking about the possibility of Lucy's parents getting a divorce. Lucy's fear is so realistic and identifiable. I felt the same when I thought my parents might divorce. Moment numéro deux: In 'Dollies' when Luce is talking about how cute her sister is, and that she's even cute when she's grumpy. Again, super relateable. I feel the same about my niece :3 Finalement, moment numéro trois. Lucy's nerves at the end of chapter nineteen for the same reason. While this ties in with her (annoyingly) low self esteem, it is also one hundred per cent realistic and sympathetic. Even after hearing from Bridget how much Mal likes her (which would be hard for Brudget to admit, given the situation) she is still unsure about whether it's truly a date and whether he really likes her 'like that'. I like that, but I feel like the way you ended with that was perhaps a little abrupt? I'm not sure...
Just finished reading this. I think possibly the only characters I like are Mal and Belle. Lucy is just too timid for me. I have one friend with self esteem that low, and even in her it irritates me. I do, however, like that she 'stole' Bridget from Aurora. Speak
Cute, I think it's awesome how Aurora is starting to get what's coming to her but I wish malachi would just be like belle playing eric haha but I know that's pretty much never going to happen, but you never know.
