I loved your story, the title just caught my write and I had to read it. I hope everything works out for you and you find your serendipity. :)

It's just so real. Like, straight up. I can definiately say I've gone through this soo many times it's not even funny. I really liked this. And people are always more honest when you write things down.

I agree wholly and completely with Fearless, you need yo ask or your never going to get your happily ever after.

I hope that you can just get it out. If I were you I would do this : Walk up to him when his friends aren't around and say hi. say, "Look I heard there's this rumor going around that you like me." The hold up your hand before he has a chance to say anything and say, "Please let me finish. I know that you don't like me because some of my stupider "friends" made up that rumor becasue I like you. I'm finally telling you and I have nothing else to say." Then just walk away, if he needs to say something important he will go after you or yell for you to get the hell back there.

Ok, that last bit was kind of exaggerated.

Oh my goodness, I'm only on chapter four but I really like this story.
It's so cheeky and witty [or are those the same words? I've no clue].
Anyways, I'm going to subscribe now and then read some more!

I say do your best to give him a hint. Heck, write on a piece of paper "I like someone, guess who?" though I do know that is terribly obvious, and pass it to him sometime. If you can't seem to make him get it, or get a reaction out of him before the last day, I say just go the direct route and tell him straight. Some people figure it out easy, while some are completely clueless (I happen to be one of the latter). Just do your best, go up to him and say, "Ryan, guess what? I like you." Ask him out if you feel confident enough. I wish you good luck and kudos my friend, your infatuation is a whole lot better than my last one was.
