The Life of She - Comments

This was so very lovely; I told myself I was only going to read a chapter or two but ended up reading the entire thing. At first I was concerned that the overall vagueness was going to play against it, when in reality it led to an overwhelming feeling of familiarity and memories. You played this perfectly, and the lack of romantic ties made it that much better. This was such a lovely reflection on life and growing up; not overly dramatic or sad, just mellow and relatable. This was wonderful, so so wondeful.

I love the layout, so pretty! Reading the summary intrigued me. I can only read the first couple of chapters right now (sorry, I'm supposed to be cleaning), but I like it a lot so far and I will definitely come back later to read the rest. :) Good job!

Your style of writing is really good, as the writing flows really well, and there is a nice balance of description in your writing. I also love the fact that you never mention her name, which adds a sense of mystery to the character and allows the reader to be intrigued by her and also form their own impression of the character

First of all, Your layout was amazing!.. The banner was incredible and im not just saying that because I suck at making them. I can relate to the mom thing so I liked that i could make some connections! I was confused at first but then I read it over and over again until I finally got it. I love your story. This is absolutely fantastic c: the layout is so nice c: I love how you never say her name it reminds me of this one book I read when I was little nostalgia ftw. I liked how short they were actually. Like, I always get complaints because I can't write a long chapter. But I really liked this. Her mom reminds her of mine. It could be he blonde but I don't know. I just kind of felt at home when I read this. It was so nice

I really love the story you have going on - you have a really descriptive yet almost conversational style of writing, which I find really appealing. It easily conveys the emotions without coming across as over the top, and there is definitely a sense of almost suspense in the last chapter! I can't wait to see what it is! Awesome job!

I'm so in love with this story! You are a wonderful writer, and you have an amazing talent for making the story come to life. When I read it I could picture the characters and apreciate their actions and emotions because you describe them so incredibly well. I'm hooked on this story now, if it was an actual book I would have bought it!

You have a gorgeous way with words! The flow is spectacular, and I love your writing style. It’s interesting - and intriguing - that you never say the girl’s name. I really like how you end each chapter with a sentence about a memory. I also like the repetition of “the only thing they had in common was…” in chapter 14. This is really very excellent. Good work!

I love it so far, its flows together really well and i love the way you describe things.The way you write is really interesting and enjoyable to read. The chapter and paragraph lengths are also good, it doesnt drag on as i find sometimes really long chapters can get boring but i love it, keep it up :-)
