I just started reading this and I absolutely LOVE it!!!!! I can't wait for the next update :)

Uhhhh....damn! you can't leave it there!:( lol....this was a great chapter! loved the family interaction in the last one too! I totally agree there is something in TB's water..because damn! lol...can't wait for the hockey season to start next year..Jordan and Eric playing on the ice together..*sigh*....anyways..lol, im a little OCD about my hockey..sorry. John needs to make a move on her like pronto! and she needs to get over her resistance and get on him!! thats all :P update soon please:D

What can I say? This is fabulous.

You're a fantastic writer--excellent grammar, developed characters, and a unique and creative plot-line. I love that this story is gradual and intensifies each chapter instead of just chucking everything out there within the first 100 words. That's what's hooked me, at least. I have to keep coming back to see the action unfold...

Sorry, I'm not much of a comment-writer, but I genuinely hope I witness more updates in the near future, because I adore this story.

I’m loving the story so far! I haven’t caught up yet, but I had to write this beforehand because...well, you’ll see. I don’t know how to properly thank you for writing the story that I’ve dreamed of writing since I was about 12. Your story brought a hockey team to San Diego and, as a San Diego native that STILL misses our old W/ECHL team even though they shut down in ’05, if I knew you personally, I’d probably have hugged you eighty times by now. I really like how you’re creating SD’s own vibe as a city with a viable market, and I’m super excited to see where you go with this! If only it were real...*sigh*

Ahh..Damn Uterus killers..lol..great updates!! these two are cute and need to be together already!!!! cant wait for what's next:)

My tip: Just mess around with the layout maker. Find a picture you think suits the story and base the colors off that.

The story is magnificent. I like John's burning curiosity for Katie and hers for him. Also, I mentioned this before, but I love that John and Katie aren't just automatically in love, but you can feel it getting there. Honestly, amazing. Keep it up.

How could someone not love this story?! I'm so glad I started reading it! I love how the hockey players are new and not rel life, and I just love it all! Katie needs to stop being some up tight and go for it with John! Can't wait for the next chapter!:)!

I found this story yesterday and I was going to comment, but I got caught up in my class and forgot. I'm sorry.

I'd like to tell you that this story is very lovely. Firstly, I love Katie's intense "Let's stay professional" attitude because she isn't willing to risk her job for a silly crush. I also like John's "I don't want to settle down with anyone, but I'd do it for you" attitude. He seems so ... honest and genuine.

Secondly, you are a very good writer. This is your first story, yeah? It is very well-paced and there is very little grammatical errors. I'm very pleased with this. It is hard to find a good story that has a unique topic.

Also, it's very evident that you like hockey or you researched it. I commend you. Most people just put down whatever the hell they think makes sense and that bothers me. I'm so happy I found this story.

The only thing I would suggest is maybe changing the layout. For me it's a little lacking in aesthetics. It's not distracting but it's also not eye-catching at first.

I can't get enough of this story. Besides the fact that it's such an original idea, you write extremely well and I'm hooked on all of the characters. I'm always checking my email to see if you've updated, and I'm always so happy when you do! I'm glad they finally kissed, the tension was too much! Great update, can't wait for more! (:

So im second to the party.... I will admit im really into the fan fic, but am a general hockey nut and love this story already. I really like all of the dialogue and think your characters are great. I'm a big Vancouver fan so I enjoyed the references to the team..I find myself trying to figure out if your loosely basing characters on real life ones, but think its just me envisioning my favourite players... Can't wait for the next update, its just starting to get interesting between these two.
