This is a beautiful story. I'm not sure how this story has such little comments. Its one of the best stories on here, in my opinion and its only a prologue and chapter through. Please keep up with this! I love it!

Chapter One: I really like the chapter, I think you're off to a good start. Hank Harding has already won me over. He seems like the greta kind of cop who doesn't give a shit what otehr people have to say. And he vanished froma boat in a lake and then they found his cap in the ocean!? The last line was absolutely terrific as well <3

The only mistake I saw: Her please and claims were almost exactly the same.... I think you meant pleas.

Anyway, off to a fantastic start, :D

I have a feeling that this is going to be a really amazing story. The idea is well thought out and I couldn't agree more with you that Hank Harding is going to be a real good character. He reminds me of a town sheriff in the old western series I watched with my dad ocasionally. You did fantastic for the prologue I am honestly hooked and am excited to read more.
