I don't know if they know what I'm referencing, but it's an actual book by Barney Stinson (as in the character from How I Met Your Mother) and because it's actually published, I'm going with this one.

So far the only related 'ex' mention in The Bro Code is Article 150: "No sex with your bro's ex."
But Amendment 1 in the back says "A bro is entitled to have sex with his Bro's ex if she initiates it, she is really hot, or if his Bro is out of town."
