    This is beautifully written, and the storyline seems unique.

    There are just a few bits that seem corny to me, like the note that she finds in the summary and the way he killed his best friend. I feel like it would have been better if his best friend had been able to put up a little more fight.

    However, I really like how you're portraying Charlie so far. She doesn't seem like the typical damsel-in-distress type.

    Overall, good job. Keep writing!
