Matt, this seriously did the trick. I was crying already when Mikey said, "I'm hungry," and that gave me this sense of sadness and some unpredictable wit. I'm terribly educed by this story, please update this Matt. Your style of writing has some emotion manifested by such simple words, yet so cutlass and soft-hearted humor to come by.
