I really enjoyed this update! Not only did we get to see Bane's menacing side more distinctly, but we were able to understand just how Ros feels about it. Her acceptance of his behavior is also very interesting and realistic. It's refreshing to see how dynamic your characters are, especially because of the jumps in time. You're one of the few authors I've seen who truly gets how a character develops and comes into their own personality. Ros has obviously changed quite a bit over the course of the last few chapters, but you've done it so gracefully by incorporating her unique, childhood traits. And I love the little bits with Henry, too. It's funny to see a different kind of protectiveness coming from a character for Ros. And, of course, I just love everything you do with Bane. You write his character so spot-on, that I have no trouble picturing his actions as if they were really included in the film. And it's so charming to see Ros' interest in him turning into something more. Can't wait for the next chapter, girl! You're amazing!

That was still a good one! I can not wait for more! The unraveling of Gotham and a romance??? Hmmm hmm hmmm???;-) :-P

I love the relationship that bane and Roslyne have. I hope nothing changes that as the story goes on. Can't wait for the next update

You definitely got Bane's character down! Once he sees someone that is disloyal he will dispose of them immediately. So now Henry can see how attached Bane and Ros are together because Bane has been training her personally and Ros trusts him. I can't wait for the next update!

I love everything about this story. I'm a little confused on their relationship. I know he's much older than her, so is it supposed to be like a, father/big brother relationship or, more?
Anyway, can't wait to read the next chapter! :)

Lol "you just do... whatever it is.... You need... To do.." THEN.... Lights out! That was so cute and funny! Also it was a good outlet from all the strong anger and sorrow. But omg Bane = more lovable the more I keep reading your story and how Freaking Awesome your story is!!! Like no lie you just don't know! Anyways thank you! Man I missed the other update! But I am glad that I read it because I am very surprise! So her brother is alive and well, he has been apart of Bane gang for the past seven years. So to Rose it's like he left her behind in New York and that's why she is anger. Henry has a lot of kiss ass to go through because Rose won't forgive over night. I love the relationship between Bane and Her, it's very adorable! I look forward to the next update!

Girl, you really know how keep the good stuff coming. I mean, not one of your chapters has disappointed me. Your take on Bane's mask is really creative. I like the use of your comic-book knowledge! It's not everyday you find a story willing to bend the rules in favor of truly imaginative and intelligent content. Ros is really shaping into how I viewed Bane's army in TDKR, save for the close relationship she shares with him. That unwillingness to compromise or fully stand down is such a big part of Bane, and it's super fulfilling to see that it has rubbed off on his new friend. Sometimes, I feel like he could be slightly more brusque with his men, though. With Ros, he's clearly got a soft spot, but the lesser-ranking men of his army didn't seem to recieve too much appreciation from him. That was just the notion I picked up from TDKR, though, as the comics may be completely different. I have to mention, as well, the beautiful job you did with the time lapse. Ros and Bane's training mixed with their sharing of stories made for a really wonderful transition. It was also really cute when Ros went shopping with Barsad. It was like one of those really light-hearted bits from a movie that help avoid an abundance of dark tension. And, I mean, not to push you or anything...but that triple update someone mentioned below sounds amazing. But besides that, I truly enjoy every bit of this. It's almost kind if whimsical for me to read. When you've written enough chapters of this story to last me a lifetime, you have my permission to die...Or, you know, just be immortal and write forever because youre that good. Not gonna lie...I have tweaked that quote in every which way these past few weeks. Tom Hardy's line deliveries made everything so damn quotable!

Oh and I vote for a triple update :D. I hope this story goes for a while!
