@ BlueDreams I always think so too. I find their conversations wildly entertaining and I have so much fun writing about them. It just comes so naturally to me to write such a feisty character. She is a slow forgiver once you break that bond it takes a lot to gain that trust back. I think him working for her is all worth it in the end for him, he likes a challenge lol Jak seems like a good guy. I love him he's that ice breaker the one that eases the tension. Their friendship might build back up, we'll see. A little victory for our dear beloved Tony indeed. I can't wait to write more about their little spat and what other things will be unvieled along the way
Dasha and Tony are just so funny in a way when they're together. The fact that she's a slow forgiver only makes him want to go after her more and I find that to be simply amazing of his part. Also, I'm glad that Dasha and Jak might slowly become friends again. It won't be the same but I'd be sad if they lost everything they had as friends. Despite lying, I think that Jak is a pretty good guy. And finally they had kind of a serious talk but they such a mess of pride + emotions that it will be hard for them to actually reach an agreement about what they want for now. At least Tony has apologized and admitted that he is protecting Dasha. That's a little win haha
@ Emmy2550 Thank you so much and I can just feel your excitement. I'm already in the works for the next chapter and I'm hoping that I finish before I leave. I'm pretty motivated right now lol I'm pretty pumped on the avengers portion too. Now that it has died down a bit I can write scenes where most people found annoying to read repeatedly okay to deal with if I do write them in. Dasha can take down tony and he already realizes that. Haha
That crap is so intense! THE AVENGERS! Whooo! Go Dasha! I almost feel bad for Tony though....Dasha could take him down in a heartbeat! Hahaha! Good update!
@ BlueDreams Fury really doesn't deal with people lol he just has the convincing stare. He will be blunt about what he wants from her to an extent and with someone like Dasha it's the only way to get through to her. Yeah we will see how they deal with one another.
@ teenagedream91 And it's good that her mother was there in the beginning! Well, Fury needs to know how to deal with her. So far he's not succeeding. It will be curious anyways, because I mean let's see how Dasha deals with it as well.
@ Margaritaville Haha I remember you saying that you started to browse through. I have a lot lol. I stopped my football stories and finished my Fernando Torres one. I was going to extend it to the hundreds but I just lost my muse so I stopped at a decent place.
@ BlueDreams Dasha is better prepared for the most part because of her mother. You always see these superheroes that they were the only one in their family that had it and I just wanted to make mine a little bit experienced with having a lineage ready there. Clyde only took it in stride because his wife was a mutant and he expected his daughters if any to be one as well or carrying the gene. No I doubt jak thought Dasha would be warm and cuddly. She's a firecracker and will snap for the way he was towards her. Haha I think the chemistry between Dasha and fury will be a little endearing in the future, good or bad and as for him wanting her to join its only because he rather have people like her on his side than not. If they are not with them then he will assume hey are against him. He doesn't really need her for her powers just wants to keep a leash on her to be honest since she's dangerous. Idk if you read the part where he reads the file fury gave to him saying that she is a mutant and her speciality is and his conflict of her being a mutant. He's going to ignore it for the most part and see where it takes them. Tony is bold. Very bold haha I'm excited for the avengers part too :)

I just have to say that nobody could be better prepared than Dasha due to her mother. It was important that they shared the fact that they are different but, it was so hard for her father to deal with it. I do admire him, really. Well, i feel for Jak for a bit but he knows Dasha, he really didn't believe that she'd be warm and cuddly after his revelation. She has a right to be pissed. I don't really consider Fury to b a bad appearance, I adore him! But this is a serious matter. The fact that he just keeps insisting, apparently for years, for her to join. It makes me wonder on what he needs her for specifically. Tony barging in into Dasha's house is a must and I can't really want to read his reaction to her being a mutant and having Fury after her to get her on the team when they see each other personally. Oh Dasha, fighting your feeling won't get you anywhere and they are getting pretty visible. The kiss was just wow, go Tony! I mean if words don't work, go to actions, I suppose but yes, he needs to give her time as well. I cannot wait for the Avengers to come! I can't wait!!!!
@ SufferingSweetSorrow He is getting closer to her and a lot more bolder in what he wants. He always danced around that line of being even closer to her and he finally broke it.
@ popcandy07 Thank you so much. You seriously make me blush with your comments haha. I wrote that kissing scene like seven times, some went a little farther and some even less, I had to remember this was Dasha we are talking about and it's going to take a little more in order for her to fully cave.
@ January Rose Thank you so much. I know Hope leaves a mystery, but that's the whole point since she has to hide her powers as well. Dasha wouldn't figure out her mother's powers until later where she bonds with her.
It was about time. With everything that has happened it was time Tony started to get spontaneous again.
