I Am Here - Comments

  • I literally read through this in like five minutes. It was sad at the beginning, so dreary and lifeless. I could just imagine the city in my head, barely an clouds, bitter people, sewer rats here and there. And this poor, lonely girl fitting in like she were a grey and chipped statue. I don't know what happened to her, or how she got to be so lonely, but I'm glad somebody is finally taking notice of her. He's so damn happy that it completely turned the emotional tug of the story. Like sunshine randomly popping up out of nowhere after a rainy day. He's lovely, so is she, and it's realistic to see people like this mesh so well together. Opposites always attract haha. But oh! That bit where she cleaned up for him, that was probably one of the absolute cutest things I've ever read!! I can just imagine poor little Grace cleaning up and hoping to impress him! What a beautiful soul she is! Some how, I feel like this happiness has come too soon for it to last for too long. Like the sorrow we saw at the beginning with close up the story again. I hope this isn't the case, I want Grace to have all the happiness in the world.

Ps. My heart sank when he said his name.

  • Yes I agree with Death The Angel, your summary drew me in right away. You continued to draw me in with your unique use of words and the way you expressed your main character's feelings. I really enjoyed this!

I love you title, Invisible, it is simple yet conveys a strong message. Perhaps your character feels like they blend in the crowd and are never seen or maybe they just hide from others on purpose, always a face in the crowd. All I know is this is a good story so far! Keep on writing! :D Oh and thanks again for reading my story. You rock!
